As with all Buc-ee's locations, you can expect the cleanest and most plentiful bathrooms in the history of mankind, enough gas pumps for an entire town (I think, I just did a napkin count), and all of the snacks and hot food that you could possibly want, to say nothing of an expansive merch selection. So what's not to like? Nothing. Nothing is not to like, it's just a great place that never fails to deliver on everything. My official hot tip for this and all Buc-ee's: check out the coin battery prices, those little round guys, for some reason, are cheaper here than almost almost anywhere else. There's another Buc-ee's closer to our home, it's my destination for those pesky CR2025 and CR2032, which seem to get slurped up by our devices. There's truly nothing bad I can say about this or any other Buc-ee's. Just make it a part of your travel, you won't be disappointed.

My Overall Rating - 4 1/2 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Facility, Return) Atmosphere - Buc-ee's is big, busy, and always crowded. If you're an introvert, I recommend you stay in the car. Walking into a Buc-ees is like walking into a Walmart. Same lighting, same item you can buy, and tons of people. 1/2 Stars. Service - Hats off to the Buc-ee's staff, because while it's always super crowded, I've never had to wait long because there are so many checkout stations and the staff are so nice and helpful. Everyone, from the staff making the BBQ to the fudge counter, everyone is super helpful. 1 Star. Facility - The bathrooms at Buc-ee's have earned legendary status. They're clean, the line moves fast, and it leaves you plenty of time to shop for....ANYTHING. Need pool supplies? Check. Flamin' Hot Cheetos? Check. Cookies? Check. Clothes? Check. You get the idea. The staff chops up fresh brisket sandwiches for you to grab and go. For me? I always grab the sugar roasted pecans. I can eat a cone of these sweet, warm treats in one sitting. Also I love that TAs have a driver lounge available. Game room wasn't much but I could have used it for my workout/yoga. Showers were clean and well ventilated. Overall it was a nice rest and with the incoming storms we felt very thankful to be parked and safe. Wanted to give a shoutout to Aaron at the Pizza Hut. He was alone and pumping out the pizzas and pastas for the drivers. It was later in the evening and he must have been tired but he was a real trooper! Thank you Aaron! Thanks to the staff for being professional with one exception. The young lady doing the trash gathering for Subway and Pizza Hut - please don't critique employees while customers are present. It is unprofessional and unfair to someone who is doing their very best! I was definitely NOT waiting over half an hour for my pasta dish. I ordered at 8:57 pm and was back in our truck on the other side of the HUGE parking lot second to last row at 9:19 pm eating it.... So please have the facts.

I counted them and so did my husband . we went to pump and they only credited us for 4.00. went back in , complained before pumping and man at counter with supervisor said we gave him 4.00 . he told him that was not true , my husband got frustrated and went back out to find they dropped it to only giving us 2.00 in gas . He did not want to complain but I don't care call me a karen or what ever but this is not right . We did leave , and had to buy gas someplace else . I called them this afternoon and it sounded as if they were not working . Took twice calling to answer the phone and when they did msn did not even say quik trip . It was just "yeah" . Asked for manager , and he got back on pretending to be a manager after laughing . What the heck was going on today ? it was mothers day , and the employees were obviously not doing their jobs . I don't get it . It's never been like that over there . Very disappointed .

QT has a fantastic selection of fountain drinks and teas. They also have a good selection of snacks, even some healthier options. My kids love the pretzels, milkshakes, and Twisters from their fresh made counter. Their employees are friendly. Their gas is generally the cheapest around. The lower rating is the bathrooms. It is consistently a mess. I have also been and every gas pump is occupied.

We stopped at the new-looking Exxon station on I20 at Tyler/Lindale, and the pump would not take my…read morerewards card. I went inside and the clerk was complaining about a man who got mad about some lotto tickets. When it was my turn, I told her that the card didn't work at the pump and could she add the points when my husband finished pumping gas. She told me that their system was old and didn't take that rewards card. I pointed out the signs at the pumps and on the front door about the rewards card. She then told me that their system was just too old for that. I then told them that they needed to fix it. She got all upset and told me to "get out". It was terribly rude for an employee of a station...........nasty .... I have tried to call the station to talk to the manager, and no one answers the phone. Maybe the man who complained earlier had a similar experience. If this is how Exxon wants to present themselves, we need to find another gas provider.
