I don't use the pharmacy part but wanted to comment on their great customer service. They have good prices and a great rewards program that really helps save real money. They put up with a lot of different kinds of customers and treat everyone the same. So shout out to Walgreens store and products and GREAT customer support with a smile. Not all Walgreens are the same. This one is a family. Been going to for over 2 decades. I wish I could remember names but they know who they are. read more

This very young man named Gracen was amazing! He helped me find my personal needed items and he was smiling the whole time! This leaves a good impression on this store that I had to stop by, and I will definitely be coming back here! read more

The absolute WORST, most incompetent Walgreens Pharmacy department personnel we've ever experienced! They don't answer the phone and are NEVER on top of filling our prescriptions! Not once, but THREE times over the last month and a half we've been down here! My wife had to drive to another Walgreens who promptly filled the prescription. Here's an idea, Walgreens! Plow this store under and fire the employees... before or after you do it. Your choice! Never again! read more

my experience at Walgreens on 8th and 10th in Palmetto, Florida was a joke trying to get my annual flu and COVID shots. The only service I received from their staff was excuses for why they wouldn't provide them. The first visit and excuse was the Pharmacist was out to lunch. on my second visit I was told I needed a reservation, which I could only get on line even though I was right there. when I couldn't make a reservation on line, I called the local store. Oh yes I was told, the system was not working. when asked when I wanted to come in, I picked the following Tuesday morning. oh come in anytime in AM, no problem. When I arrived this voting Tuesday, the reason I couldn't my shots was I had no confirmation of the appointment. My Tuesday vote was never to enter another Walgreen. By. the, I stopped by Publics on the way home, and got my shots. read more

this place sucks made an online appointment to get tested for Covid went there to get tested at the time of my appointment and they said we don't test here for Covid. You need to buy a test and do it yourself at home which was five dollars more expensive and made me drive all the way there when I could've just sent somebody to pick it up for me, I spoke to the girl that was working at the pharmacy without even cursing and out of nowhere, she turns around and says you have to stop cursing at me. It's like what‍‍ read more

I would give a zero if I could! The pharmacy is just not run properly at all! I received texts for 2 days that my Rx are ready and when I got here they say I'm not even in their system! Finally after over 45 minutes they magically found my info. Then one Rx was still not ready and I was told to come back again tomorrow! Then I asked a very young man when the razors were and he pointed and said"over there". I asked when and he told me he already told me and laughed at me! I went to the check out and asked for a manager and guess who came up ? The same rude employee so I said never mind and he laughed at me again! Not one customer service bone in his body. I turned to leave and with a smirk on his face yelled " Have a great day". What in the name of service is this person allowed to be in charge of this store? There were many customers in pharmacy that also got texts saying their Rx was ready and lo and behold. Nothing was ready! Poor poor service! read more

Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Pharmacy doesn't have working speaker for the Hearing Impaired. When you talk to the Pharmacist about it, they blame "corporate" and say when the sound system was actually fixed it echoes over and over again so that it's useless. No one really takes accountability for fixing things so that all people have a fair chance at hearing the Pharmacist. Instead they embarrass themselves by screaming through the pick up window and violate every HIPAA law there is. Zero privacy or professionalism. So how come every fast food place on the planet has a working two-way speaker, but Walgreens can't? read more

Pharmacist Tanisha was extremely helpful. My husband doctor called in for his prescription with the wrong birth date/ Tanisha went out of her way to find my husband prescription. I can't be more grateful. Thank you for amazing costumer service! I appreciate you Tanisha!! read more

went to have blood drawn at Walgreens at 8th and 10th yesterday. was there early, as they were fasting labs. we put all our information in...driver's license, insurance, etc. we sat there from 8:25 until almost 10:00. the lady did open the door, shout names several times...then slam the door. The people she was asking for were not even there. Never would she ask about us. After 90 minutes of this, I was almost in tears. My husband, who is an insulin dependent diabetic, was starting to experience low blood sugar from fasting so long. read more

This Walgreens is GHETTO asf! I've been going here for over a year now and EVERY time I go it's an issue with something on their part. The girls working have the WORST attitudes ever. I honked my horn to get there pharmacists attention after I seen her goofing off with another pharmacist and passing personal stuff to her over the counter while I was held up in line for over 20 minutes. She came up and said "is that car behind you honking at you?" Like lady why are you worried about honking horns get my prescription please! And that's when I told her I seen her goofing off and it was I that honked. She also did not give me the extra bottle that was listed on the prescription. I've had several similar experiences, this was just the most recent. I get my moms prescriptions at the location in Bradenton off of 15th st and I'm now switching mine to that location. Much nicer professional kind people there! read more

One of my favorite places to shop...they have everything I need which makes it handy to be close to home.
