(Who are saints for having to put up with entitled old codgers and cranky townies all day.) Stewart's is a regional treasure and this one is terrific. Having recently been rebuilt, it's better than ever. They even have a BEER CAVE now (AKA a large refrigerated room chock full of craft beer, domestics, imports, and local brews). Prices are reasonable and the convenient location can't be beat. Their cold brew iced coffee is delicious and absolutely crushes Starbucks or other "fancy" coffee shops. And get this: employees have equity in the company. How cool is that? Skip the rest stop and pull off Exit 29 instead.

We were an hour away from home and the cashier James was so generous and helpful by letting us know if we need to cool down and come inside or if we need to use the bathrooms to come on in. He then checked on us to make sure we were good and before we left he gave us free cold drinks. He is such a good person many people wouldn't do that but he has a good heart. Again thank you so much for your kindness and this is definitely one of the best places to get gas, snacks, or ice cold drinks on a hot day :)

I went through the self checkout and selected "print my receipt". The machine made printing sounds but no paper came out of it. I told the one cashier that the machine was out of paper and all she did was to shrug and walk away. I wasn't sure if I should leave or wait around for assistance, since she wasn't clear in her intentions on helping me. After a moment she came back and said she couldn't find the person in charge of that. I asked her if I could have the receipt emailed to me but never finished the sentence because she cut me off. She assumed I was asking her something else and couldn't be bothered to actually listen. Wow! I am really not used to being treated so rudely by a CVS employee. I guess I took it for granted that living in a small town, I would always be treated with courtesy. Was I wrong. CVS needs to step up their game. Hiring bodies, instead of people with good attitudes who make us feel welcome, isn't a way to run a business. I can always spend my money elsewhere.

Just went into this shop to buy beer. My friend lost his ID and showed a picture of it, and she…read morewouldn't let him buy it. So I showed the cashier my physical ID and I would buy it. She refused to sell it to us because she said it's illegal for her to sell it to me after someone with no ID came up with it. My friend is 3 years older then me. The cashier is in the wrong and doesn't know the law because I can buy it since I have my ID and it's my responsibility on what happens with the beer afterwards. Honestly this place should train their staff better since their staff are incompetent and should know what the law truly is. Never will come this place and recommend my friends in the area to avoid this place going forward.
