I had a SCHEDULED appointment for covid testing, followed the instructions and presented on time to my appointment. Only to be told to come back "in a little bit"... what's the point of an appointment if you're sent away. So now I'm back after sitting in line the first time for 26 minutes and I'm now sitting in line for an additional 15 minutes and I'm still not back to the window. I feel like warmed up dog poop and to ask me to return later because you don't know how to manage and run your pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. read more

If you value your sanity, I suggest you use any pharmacy but this one. I had a pretty awful experience years ago and literally haven't been here in about 8 years. Decided, under duress, to try it out again because I don't know, I'm insane. I get to the pharmacy with my prescriptions, lady says it'll be about 15 minutes and they start sending me text message after 15 minutes saying there's a problem with your order. I go to the counter wait in the long line and ask the lady. She says oh there's not a problem it'll probably about 15 more minutes. At this point I've been waiting about 45 minutes and I have to pick my kids up from school. So I tell the lady at the counter that I have to leave and she suggest the drive through when I come back. While I'm waiting in the line to pick my kids up they send a message saying they're ready and to save time I can mobile pay. That sounds great. I've already wasted the better part of an hour and still have to go back. Big mistake. I tried 3 times to get the "fast" pass and they charged my card for it each time. When I get to the pharmacy they tell me that it didn't go through even though I showed them the charges on my card and they try to run my card again and it is now getting declined because they've literally pulled all the money out of my account and told me that it was "pending" not an actual charge. So I leave the pharmacy for the 2nd time to go get cash. Finally, get my prescriptions 2 hours and 3 trips to later to which the lady working the window advises me that they didn't have the medicine that I was prescribed so they called the doctor to change my order. Without asking me, while I was waiting at the pharmacy 2 hours earlier they took it upon themselves to call and get my prescription changed because they didn't have the right medication. Why? Why would you think that was ok? Give me the option to use another pharmacy or call my doctor. Don't take it upon yourself to do that. Its disrespectful of your customers, whom you are there to serve. 1st of all, was the wait and just general bs I had to put up but that's tolerable. 2nd is not informing me you didn't have the right medication and giving me a choice. 3rd is the fact that it's 12 days later and 3 phone calls/ multiple emails with the bank and Walgreens both giving me the run around about why and when my money will appear in my account with still absolutely no solutions from anyone or any action about anything. When I talked to Walgreens at the location and on the customer service line they literally just apologize for the inconvenience and tell me to wait 7 to 10 days. Now I'm being told it can take up to 14 days for them to release the hold by my bank and I need to provide proof that I paid for it another way. When I asked for a copy of the receipt so I could send it to the bank to prove I paid in cash, they told me that my email didn't exist and I didn't have an account with them and then pawned me off on customer service.... again. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. I do not write poor reviews and I have worked in customer service my whole life and am very very understanding but please do yourself a favor and use any other pharmacy but this one. They are THE WORST. read more

If you want a pharmacy that is available to answer you questions or phone calls than this is not the pharmacy for you. Out of all the times I have called to check the status of my Rx they have only answers the phone once. The last two times I've called I was on hold for over 9 minutes only to be disconnected. It's a good thing my Rx aren't anything too important. I am transferring all my Rx to another pharmacy. Really poor customer service!! read more

They told me my medication was not delayed, that it was almost ready (even though that was 1 hour past the pickup time), and to get back in line after I had waited 25 minutes. They said hopefully it would be ready when I got back to the front of the line. I asked what would happen if it wasn't ready after I waited in line again and they said I would just have to keep getting back in line until it was ready. When my medication was finally discovered to be ready by the technician, I watched her pull it out of the bin that had NOT BEEN TOUCHED since the first time I reached the counter (I sat and watched while my partner went to wait in line again). When we got back to the front of the line, the pharmacist asked the technician if she was sure we had gotten back in line and waited again. The tech had to tell her she watched us wait before the pharmacist was willing to complete the dispensing of the medication. The pharmacist's name was Jennifer Holbrook and she was extremely rude, especially considering I was wearing an ice pack head wrap and picking up strong pain medication for post-operative pain (medication that was ready the entire time!!!!!!!!) They claim to be overwhelmed because of other pharmacies shortening their hours and inheriting business from them, but they have not been able to mitigate this issue whatsoever over the course of the last few months. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other pharmacy. Patients deserve respect and understanding at the very least. read more

Friendly staff but unfortunately very understaffed! I've never waited a hour and a half for one prescription and I'm still waiting! There were 4 to 5 people in the line at all times! Not happy customers that's for sure!! I went grocery shopping next door came back. Tried to buy a drink while I waited but ended up waiting in 2 other lines! I have driven out of my way to use this pharmacy, as it's been the best we've used thus far, however, after tonight I am done here. I refilled my prescriptions and did not get a chance to pick them up in time due to my water breaking and having a baby. I tried to refill them again via the app and 2/3 said they were ready for pickup and the other just said pending. I ended up driving down there, asked about my order and the lady working the drive thru was a total b. She said there was nothing under my name and saw one of them was canceled because it was never picked up. We explained why and told her according to the app, some were ready. She continued to argue with us, just walked away and left us sitting there for a bit then told us she would reorder them. Sorry to inconvenience YOU for something I had zero control over, you know, like giving birth and being hospitalized. Finding a new option for a pharmacy. read more

Walgreens is Walgreens right. Well, not always. This Walgreens always has friendly staff, it's clean, and I never have to wait in line a long time. The same goes for the pharmacy. Now they have a rewards program that keeps you coming back for more. There's plenty of parking outside. read more

They're 24 hour drive through is convenient. However, if you go inside because you feel like death and want help finding your anti-death meds quickly, good luck! Three staff members couldn't stop stocking or doing their current task to assist helping me find my needs. This is the worst Walgreens's in the state of Oklahoma. One of the managers, Robert, is just extremely rude and hateful. For the most part, I can ignore him and go about my business. But today was the last straw. I went in this evening because I was pretty sure I had left my drivers license there a few days ago. The guy at the front counter said he remembered it being left and said he couldn't get into the store safe and he would call the manager to the front so that he could access the safe. Robert, the manager, got to the front and the front counter guy explained the situation. Robert proceeded to THROW the box he was holding down and stomps off. I was stunned. Meanwhile, a woman who had seen this incident asked if he had really just thrown the box? She then told me that he has been rude to her and raised his voice at her last week because an item she had rang up at the wrong price and he told her he "didn't have the time" to fix this problem. So he finally comes back from the safe with a drivers license that wasn't mine. You'd think you would ask the person their name or see what they looked like before you went searching for a license... so off he goes again stomping off and huffing. I was trying to keep my cool and when he came back with my license he stared me down and I took it without telling him thank you. I turned to walk out and he loudly said "you're welcome" in a very snarky tone. I lost it. I asked him why he was being so unnecessarily rude and he got very angry and told me that he was busy and didn't have time to help. I'm sorry, I thought helping people was your job? I told him there was no reason to be so thoroughly hateful and that if he hated people that much he should not work in customer service. I have never been treated with such a blatant level of disrespect and cruelty by a member of staff at a store, much less a manager. This was completely outrageous. I got his managers number and will be following up with her tomorrow. Robert SHOULDN'T be working with customers in general, much less a MANAGER. read more

I enjoy being able to get in grab any number of miscellaneous items I may be searching for and check out swiftly and be on my way. Some items are overpriced a bit but for the most part if you have a savings card which to use all you have to do is type the associated phone number into credit card scanner so you dont actually have to keep up with or have card the prices of most things become more competitive. Customer Service at this location has always been very nice and helpful. read more

Do not purchase photos here. I have had so many problems with them. My problem is in the past they have sold me pictures KNOWING that they were badly bent, weren't cut properly, or something I didn't order. Mistakes happen, I understand that but don't sell it to me messed up. I was told today that despite the fact that I ordered glossy because they ran out of glossy they felt it is okay to print my pictures on matte and sell it to me without telling me. That if a customer has a problem with it once they eventually find out they can call and THEN they will fix it. THE WHOLE POINT IS TO GET YOUR PICTURES QUICKLY! If I have to go in multiple times to get my pictures right what is the point? Also, Chris is the worst. Chris, it is not just a phone call, people have to call, wait, and find the time to come in again when you could easily just tell your customers the truth and not waste their time. I'm not here to put boots on caterpillars, do your job right the first time and stop giving your customers the run around. You suck Chris. Walgreen's photos care more about apearing to get pictures printed quickly than actually printing pictures correctly. read more
