They only have 2 people working and won't look into anything and they are deliberately taking their time refilling a prescription. I have my autistic son with me and they don't care. Went into the store to shop and while looking at the makeup section the overnight clerk that was near me commented to herself "if these motherfuckers steal ill call the damn cops" my boyfriend and I were the only people in the store. I think that is incredibly inappropriate, unprofessional, and just rude to not only assume based off profiling us but to also announce it out loud with no evidence of us even acting like we would steal. We will be taking our business elsewhere if this is the treatment we get for spending money at your store. read more

There's not much of a selection here. Store could be cleaner. I go here often due to the proximity of my house. Gave them 5 stars bc how they've handle customers. I've seen some obnoxious ones that come through here and they handled it pretty well. They look like just young college kids trying to work while going to school. read more

*Giving 5 stars based off of the covid testing site! I had to come get a covid test done and it was so quick and easy! I was able to schedule for a rapid result because I'm a healthcare worker, and they really mean rapid! The male nurse helping me was friendly and thorough with instructions. The test itself took 20 seconds in my car, and I got a call from the MD maybe an hour later with my results- (negative ) they uploaded to my chart right away, and the doctor was super friendly over the phone addressing any concerns or questions I may have. Highly recommend this location if you're needing a quick covid test! read more

Worst pharmacy experience ever. I was quoted at $17 for a prescription and when I went to pick up the script, the lady demanded $80. She was very rude and refused to honor the GoodRx price. I was so sick that I didn't have much energy to argue. I showed her the quotes that the doctor printed off and that I verified on my phone. In a very annoyed attitude, she told me "those aren't right." No coherent explanation, not a single sign of care, just totally dismissive. Then she said, "that'll be $79." Was it $79 or $80? Turns out it was $79.90, but when you already don't care, of course you aren't going to clarify. After getting the medication, I drove off and realized I never got a receipt or my credit card back. I returned and the same lady was like "oh yeah, I was gonna call you about the credit card." Why didn't you? I will never come here again, even if I'm on my death bed, which with a 103.5 fever, I practically was this past Saturday. read more

The hours don't state the pharmacy closes for lunch. I was in line and the tall girl with the black hair yells, "we're closed". Since the is the second day I tried to pick up my medication, I said that I needed my blood pressure medication. She let out an audible heavy sigh and said, "what's your name" in an extremely put out way. This store is always dirty and I always wondered why I went here...now I don't have to wonder anymore. Regarding clinic. As soon as the lady found out I don't have insurance, she immediately took my child and I out and told us where urgent care is. I said I just want a strep test since she's been around a friend who tested positive. She said we are required to test for strep, flu and Covid so you're looking at about $250. I said so?? Apparently I LOOK poor? I was going to pay it! RUDE! not going to sit all day at urgent care for an even larger bill. Kid will have to get over the sickness on her own apparently. This pharmacy has always been great for me, I live very close and have always had great service from them. Online was very convenient for shots and meds , very quick and painless. But the young girl in the drivethru that I have dealt with several times needs training. Her energy is great but her attitude needs work, with short answers and head and eye jestures... CVS used to be a place with good selection, and decent prices. Now the CVS in West Norman is even more expensive than the others in town. When I hit the east side CVS I find the prices and specials MUCH MUCH better prices than the west side CVS. I guess west Norman can just afford to pay $$$ more for their items? Review for the Minute Clinic. Doctor was rude, curt, and in a hurry. They didn't accept my insurance so I ended up paying full price (no problem) but immediately after telling what she thought I had she asked for me to pay like she was in a rush. When I asked questions about the medications she prescribed me she got an attitude and treated me very unprofessionally. Will never come again here and will definitely recommend going elsewhere for medical needs. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. Disgusting. read more

I'd recommend finding a different pharmacy. This one NEVER has prescriptions ready that have been called in by my doctor. if you need to use this location, ask to have it ready a half day before you really need it, else they y tend to wait until you arrive and tell you they are still working on it. They usually have plenty of pharmacist; they are just always busy. read more
