Jim The owner of the pharmacy doesn't listen to his customers, he is an ASSumer who makes ASSumptions that aren't correct. When I called to ask a question about a prescription he was very obtuse and crude; obviously not able to understand my very basic question. He made an assumption about what type of service I need. He was very rude and I would never give him my business. And I suggest you never give him your business. read more

Jim and his staff are very friendly and more like family. They know who we are when we come in or call on the phone. Very helpful and knows about our medications. They really care about their customers. I would choose them over a chain pharmacy any day. read more

I moved to OKC 3 years ago and chose Jim's because they were an independently owned business. I loved the service I received That all changed today. I recently had a change of jobs and had to get new insurance through the marketplace because my employer doesn't offer insurance. I gave Jim my card and he said "Well this looks generic. Is this employer or marketplace?" I said it was marketplace he said "Well if I'm not making money, then I won't take your insurance." I stood there quietly because I need my blood pressure medication, and I'm not causing a scene. As he's calculating the cost of the medication, he threw bottles behind him & was clearly upset. He kept telling his employer that they were losing money. All of this while I'm standing there. This is not the way to treat people. read more

After using this pharmacy for about a year or more, I will not be returning after the poor experience with Terri. She treated me very rudely in comparison to the two others customers who were there at the same time --almost resistant to assist me. When I mentioned that my experience was unpleasant, she said, "I'm sorry you feel like way.. if you think it's about color: I have beautiful grandkids." I have recently moved from a residential facility to my own home. For the time I lived in the facility all prescriptions were delivered by Jim's. Now that I've moved out without a car he is still delivering my meds to me. I am delighted to find that such service still exists...that chains like CVS and Walgreens have not put all the family owned businesses out of business. Those chains will never provide such service for those of us needing it. They don't cater to the individual as Jim does. read more
