Heartland Mobility Specializes in handicap accessible vehicles, mainly vans, and scooters. Heartland does it all from conversions to maintenance. Additionally, Justin, a veteran, is the owner of Heartland which includes Heartland Mobility and a CNG Conversion Company under the Heartland brand, both are the only veteran owned business card n their respective markets. My family submitted our $55,000.00 draft and was offered 2 mobility vans with mechanical issues…read moreboth issues occured the same day I drove off of their lot we signed and completed the purchase auto paperwork for the second vehicle, we did inform the auto sales we were not happy with the vehicle due to mechanical issues and wanted our draft back and they refused to return it, and pursue to continue with the vehicle that has issues. The ramp does not fold out and when you reach 70 mph the whole van shakes terribly. The purchase price is $55,000.00 we also got the banks legal team unfortunately united access mobility will not return our draft due to the purchase was completed, Mike who works there along with Chaz made my family feel we have no choice and settle with this mechanical issue vehicle this is not right at all, we completed the sale last week Tuesday 8/28/2023, and we were placed in 3 different loaners that we have to return and put in another loaner they have our check and my family don't even have a reliable vehicle and the van that we signed the sale for is in the shop and they refused to give my family another vehicle. I would not want any other family to go through what my family is currently going through. I will not refer nor suggest this company to anyone. This company don't deserve 1 .

He finally measures when I refuse to be upsold and ask him to measure and get me an appointment to go see the actual equipment. He tells me someone will call me the next day. Next day comes and goes, I call and leave a message. I wait three days and call, leave a message. Day 4 I call talk to someone who tells me the person I need to talk to is sitting next to him, but is busy but she will call me in 15 minutes......No phone call. 4 days after this I get a call and they leave a message that they need a couple of details to complete the contract. I have never seen any of the chair lifts, never had a chance to see the showroom because they were supposed to set up a visit. Combine all of this and it reeks of shady. Don't think this is a company that is on the up and up. Didn't have this experience with the other two companies I finally called out of frustration with 101 mobility.
