I brought my vehicle to this shop for PDR. my vehicle was gone for 2 months, zero communication…read moreunless I reached out first, and that if I could get someone to answer. finally get my vehicle back and it looked good until I started looking closer, I have multiple scratches that were not there when I handed my vehicle off. parts I had to tighten down myself because the shop failed to do it properly, and multiple paint chips on my doors and tailgate. the interior was full of this awful dust that was never cleaned up upon completion of my vehicle. Parts that were supposed to be replaced that were never replaced. The clear coat over the paint they re did was done poorly as there is dried droplets of resin or whatever was used as a clear coat.The dents that were fixed were done phenomenally, but the small details the company failed tremendously . I called to resolve these issues never got an answer or any response. the only reason I do t pursue this company from a legal standpoint is because I quote literally do not have the time, and I refuse to deal with them again.

I had an emergency! Terrys Trailers came to the rescue…read more Somewhere in the dark of night, eastbound from Amarillo on I-40 towing my 12ft, single axle cargo trailer, there was an explosion! I'd hit something on the road, a piece of steel that lodged inside my brake drum? Or was it an internal part that broke off??? A burst of fire, then smoke, then, screw it... Whatever it was, my wheels hadn't fallen off, so, l just kept driving my new 5.7l Hemi Dodge Durango. It was Thanksgiving night 2018 and everything was closed. I turn up the sound, Googled "trailer repair Oklahoma City" and headed straight there. Booking a hotel room, I called them the next morning and talked to Paul. Paul listened to my story and told me no problem, he could fix it. By that time the squealing noise, screeching from that trailer wheel was unbearable, but I dragged it to Terry's Trailers, unhitched and left it with Paul. Long story short, they removed the wheel, and drum. Everything was mangled, the brake pads were gone, the shoes were wrapped in a ball, the brake plate was bent and the bolts had fused. 5 hours later after 2 phone calls and 5 texted photos of the mangled parts, my trailer was back on the road. Thanks to Terrys Trailers, Paul and his crew. These guys know their stuff. Their prices are fair and they were quick. I can't recommend them enough. They saved the day and put me back on the road. This is a review for the 3 times my truck has been in their shop…read more The First time I only had 11k miles on my truck and a belly dump trailer opened up on i35, trashing my windshield, grill, lights, fog lights and everything had to be replaced and repainted. They were very helpful though the whole experience and used genuine ford parts. The second time I was hit from behind, they took care of everything and it turned out flawless. The 3rd time something fell off of a truck and did a lot of damage to my truck. The collision center and the service dept worked together and with 48k miles the truck looks new again. I was informed that uninsured motorist would not replace genuine parts on my truck and when 'Jami' seen that I was unhappy, she found genuine parts and price matched the embossed 'Ford' windshield to the "knock off" windshield. All the dash and electronics were genuine Ford also. This company just didn't shrug their shoulders, they rolled up their sleeves and made it happen. I think it is unfair to have cheaper parts installed on a vehicle when the accident is someone else's fault. If you are reading this check your policy about aftermarket parts. Thank you Reynolds Ford, the Service center, collision center and thank you "Jami" for making it all happen. I know you put a lot of time in dealing with the insurance and taking it to have the stripes put back on. Thank you for enduring my pessimism that the truck would never be the same; You did an excellent job. Also the warranty that comes with the repair is unbeatable.
