He loves his job and he finds such pride in repairing these chairs for clients knowing when he leaves the aren't stressed anymore because they have the chair back in working order. He is so kind and he cares deeply for his clients. I seen a video where he was honored for receiving the most positive reviews. He absolutely deserved it but something even grater is happening he is being honored by the top executives of rehab medical. By being presented with the award it's only shows the company realizes the have a master technician in their midst. I understand he is in a month long training mission thats shows his expertise in the field. I might have to start a petition that he receive a raise if he's that important to the company he deserves to be financially rewarded for not only his ability to train many technicians he is the most professional, honest, intriguing service technician I've ever had the pleasure of getting to know. He is always happy and smiling laughing or cutting up while multi-tasking fixing the chair at the same time. I appreciate that you have found a service technician with unconditional talent but beyond that he has the ability to make the client feel safe. Being a woman I always preferred having women techs instead. I used to be a pest control technician and I was always preferred by the elderly clients because they didn't feel safe having a strange man walking randomly through their house. Eduardo has the same gentle compassionate personality that makes us all feel safe. If you ever let him go you guys would would be losing a true treasure in him.
