Do you carry a cane holder for a mobility scooter?

Yes, we normally do. However we are currently out of stock on those. Hopefully we should have some in soon.

Andi had great suggestions with honest and helpful recommendations of equipment to improve my mobility. The store has a Wide selection of equipment and devises. I called them today about returning the boot and was informed that it could not be returned. I told him that I was not informed at the time of purchase that it was a non-returnable item. The clerk told me that it's on the receipt. I asked to speak with a manager. A manager got on the phone and again said unfortunately, it could not be returned. I expressed again that I had not been told that at the time of purchase. He said it's on the receipt however it was not pointed out or brought to my attention that it was on the receipt at the time of purchase. have asked for a call from the general manager who conveniently is on vacation. I spent $76.25 on a short boot that I am not able to use and now they're telling me that I can't return it and I have had it for less than 24 hours? That's crazy! I will never return to this establishment and I will not recommend it.

Now this guy shows up, hasn't measured anything and starts trying to up sell me, then starts talking about commercial property liability and why the more expensive products are needed( even though this is a duplex in a residential neighborhood). Now that sounds like scare tactic's and if that is what goes on with the average elder potential customer then its a questionable practice. He finally measures when I refuse to be upsold and ask him to measure and get me an appointment to go see the actual equipment. He tells me someone will call me the next day. Next day comes and goes, I call and leave a message. I wait three days and call, leave a message. Day 4 I call talk to someone who tells me the person I need to talk to is sitting next to him, but is busy but she will call me in 15 minutes......No phone call. 4 days after this I get a call and they leave a message that they need a couple of details to complete the contract. I have never seen any of the chair lifts, never had a chance to see the showroom because they were supposed to set up a visit. Combine all of this and it reeks of shady. Don't think this is a company that is on the up and up. Didn't have this experience with the other two companies I finally called out of frustration with 101 mobility.

Heartland Mobility - Heartland Mobility!!!

Heartland Mobility

HEARTLAND MOBILITY!…read more Located on 39th about one mile west of I-44 and Hefer parkway exit. Office is next door to Hailey's Carpet, which has a bill board on the south side of highway. Heartland Mobility Specializes in handicap accessible vehicles, mainly vans, and scooters. Heartland does it all from conversions to maintenance. Additionally, Justin, a veteran, is the owner of Heartland which includes Heartland Mobility and a CNG Conversion Company under the Heartland brand, both are the only veteran owned business card n their respective markets. Also, I need to mention Chris and Zach who are amazing at converting vehicles to CNG. I would. Not be surprised if They could do it their sleep! Great guys too! Heartland Mobility understand the tumultuous journey it can be when purchasing a Mobility accessable vehicle. Justin and Sarah strive to meet each and every client 's needs by taking the time to understand each individual circumstances and work to develop a plan that is feasible and flexible regardless if it involves. Unquestionably, this is there COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE. And yes sometimes a sale is not the right solution and helping people means finding the right fit for their personal situation. Justin's word is his bond and reminds me of how businesses used to operate where a handshake was all you needed and knew you could rely upon it. When hired Justin tasked Sarah being the main person handing day to day operations of Heartland Mobility business which includes expanding market share, general marketing and advertising, sales, and customer service. In a sense a large part of the success of Heartland Mobility is dependent on Sarah's performance. Caveat: I am naturally bias towards Sarah my wife, but I have noticed that each day she looks forward to going to work and is elated when she achieves a solution for an individual in a seeming hopeless situation. Undoubtedly, This is the perfect job for her! For these reasons, I am proud to recommend Heartland to anyone looking for their provided services. I never would have found this place without insurance, but I'm hopefully others will find it through Yelp because they were so helpful. They carry walkers, wheel chairs, shower chairs. Breast pumps and accessories for nursing, lots of baby gear and supplies, first aid supplies and home health care supplies. They also have a lot of equipment and supplies for the tattoo industry. If you need something and you're not sure, just call them. They'll tell you if they have it in stock, if they can order it for you, and any other information you might need. Since my insurance covered 100% of my purchase with no deductible or co-pay, it was well worth the drive. But, upon checking out the shop, it would have been worth the drive anyway. I've been to a few medical supply places when running errands for family and friends on the mend, and I'm here to tell you, they can be pretty depressing. But this was bright, spotlessly clean, and staffed by two nice fellas helping you with check out, questions, etc. In addition, there were two other people in offices just off the main floor. These ladies were answering phones, processing insurance, following up with people to make sure they knew their prescription had been called in and all was well. (I know this because they processed all my info, including letting me know when insurance had been approved and when my doctor's office had called in the script. The owner was also on site, and said he is most days. I consider this a great hidden find and I hope if you need this kind of stuff, you'll find them to be as helpful as I did.
