Looks like they just changed their pricing and hours in the last week. Looked on the website a week ago and got up there with a friend this week. What they wanted was a $55 dollar item ( looked on website after we left and it was marked up to 59.99). My friend was with me the first time I shopped there a few months back. Initial purchases were 20% off (now 25%, but it compensates for the price increase). Because my friend only ONLY went in the store with me last time and did not buy, the guy was telling me that my friend lost the discount ( friend still had the discount coupon they were given). So my friend goes in, I didn't have my OMMA card with me so I could not accompany my friend who has a disability to help out. The guy tells my friend the item will cost $52. Went in tonight to grab some of my regular items. Kaden was my bud tender and he's awesome! He is super knowledgeable and friendly, I have has issues in the past with some of the pens making me itch so he helped me pick out one that has 2 parts cbd and 1 part thc I just used it and I'm already obsessed will be purchasing again! We also talked about the 1906 line which is truly one of my favorite lines of anything to use. He told me a couple different ways to combo some of the pills that I never would have thought of. I really appreciate top notch customer service as someone who worked in it for many years and he delivers every time with a smile on his face. Had a terrible experience with the whole night crew. I went in to go get a preroll. I pay for the preroll. I get home and I take the pre roll out of the bag and it's the wrong preroll. I called down there and told them the situation and when I went down there to exchange it, they wouldn't do it. They kept arguing with me about the preroll not being theirs. I never would go into a dispensary with a preroll, buy another preroll just so I could exchange the non existing pre roll that I didn't have prior to coming in and buying a preroll. If I had a preroll, I wouldn't have went into the store to buy one. Sam was the bud tender and I do hope I never get him again. Raving about a preroll but screwed up the job by giving me the wrong one And cheaper quality too. Thanks Sam great service man. I will be coming back but just have to unfortunately check their work because I don't trust Mango anymore to get one little order right. Or to help fix the issue. read more
