I have been a cigarette smoker for nearly 15 years and decided to go and check out a vape. I went to edmond vapes and spoke w Joel. He was very nice and helpful and showed me several models. I went w the average starter kit and was doing ok for about 2 weeks. I had a minor problem w it and returned to Joel w my problem. He explained again how the vape worked and explained that I had a tank go bad on me. He replaced the tank and explained to me that , like all things, sometimes they go bad. Apparently that WAS the problem and the new tank he have me has been doing great and I have had no other problems. I want to thank edmond vapes and hoel for the honest knowledge and work they did to get me started on vamping. I will not go anywhere else. These people and especially Joel are super nice and super cool to have done this for me when most other places would have told me " oh we'll I can sell u another one" like I have heard too many times w other business'. I have been going to Edmond Vapes ever since I quit smoking and started vaping - about 4 1/2 years now. They always have great vape juice, good sales and are helpful if you have a vape that is not working right - even if you bought it elsewhere. The people at this store are helpful and very nice. I have been going to Edmond Vapes forever. They have a very knowledgeable staff. The staff seems to enjoy the "technical" side of what they do.
