I brought it back within an hour of the sale, expecting a simple exchange or at least a refund. Instead, I was told "We can't do anything about it." No inspection, no accountability, no customer service--just a flat-out refusal to stand behind the product they sold him. If you're okay with rolling the dice on faulty gear and being stuck with it, this might be your place. Otherwise, I'd recommend spending your money somewhere that actually supports its customers after the sale.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted kindly and told about the store, the guy who was in there was really nice. It's a nice clean shop with a very relaxing vibe, there's a nice three piece couch for lounging. The pricing is fair but they do offer benefits under certain circumstances.
