Faulty product, No exchange, No refund…read more My husband bought a vape tank from this shop that turned out to be defective straight out of the box. I brought it back within an hour of the sale, expecting a simple exchange or at least a refund. Instead, I was told "We can't do anything about it." No inspection, no accountability, no customer service--just a flat-out refusal to stand behind the product they sold him. If you're okay with rolling the dice on faulty gear and being stuck with it, this might be your place. Otherwise, I'd recommend spending your money somewhere that actually supports its customers after the sale.

The level of incompetence here is almost impressive -- you'd have to try this hard to be this unorganized, unprofessional, and flat-out clueless. The manager? A complete joke. Rude, dismissive, and somehow manages to make every situation worse. It's honestly shocking that someone with that attitude and lack of basic leadership skills still has a job. Every interaction feels like you're dealing with people who don't care, don't listen, and shouldn't be in customer service -- or any service, really. Trifecta lives up to its name only if the three parts of the "trifecta" are poor communication, zero accountability, and total chaos. Do yourself a favor: go anywhere else.
