Faulty product, No exchange, No refund My husband bought a vape tank from this shop that turned out to be defective straight out of the box. I brought it back within an hour of the sale, expecting a simple exchange or at least a refund. Instead, I was told "We can't do anything about it." No inspection, no accountability, no customer service--just a flat-out refusal to stand behind the product they sold him. If you're okay with rolling the dice on faulty gear and being stuck with it, this might be your place. I bought a elf bar last night. 30 minutes into having it, the vape kept firing. The shops I've been to in Norman and Dallas and Bethany will just switch it out for you because their product is faulty. The guy said "yeah there's nothing we will do. Sorry". Went in with my gf who needed a new esco bar. She asked the girl behind the counter if she could try it before we left. She said sure go ahead. Historically from experience, most shops tell you to try before you leave to make sure the coil is working properly and will swap you out if there are any issues. We have seen it happen before. After trying it and she realized it was burnt and there was zero flavor meaning there's most likely was an issue with the coil. The woman behind the counter was like "oh yeah it's burnt, I can tell from the smell." She looked at her co-worker, the guy behind the counter and he said "yeahhh we don't switch out vapes so there's nothing we can do." My gf said even when it's completely burnt? It has zero flavor." He said "Yeah sorry we don't do returns here" I was looking at pens on the other side of the store, as soon as I heard this we walked out with her crappy new vape and I went to a different shop to take my business elsewhere. If you come here hopefully you walk out with working product because if there is a problem, you're screwed. read more

Vapor express does not stand behind its products. I purchased a vapor pipe and brought it back the next morning because it leaked like a sieve. The employee attempted to tighten the glass bowl and told me to try it again. I took it back home and it leaked just as bad. There was no way to use it as the juice poured down the sides. I made another trip to the store and the employee said it could not be fixed but that all sales were final. I could not exchange the pipe or get credit toward another pipe. My only option was to buy another pipe. Needless to say, I chose not to purchase anything else from them and instead went down the street to a vape store that had a 30 day guarantee on their merchandise. Not sure what has happened to this place but it has gone down hill fast. The employees they have working there, have no clue what they are even selling and when you do know what you want, they try to take you and upsell with a product that is not even comparable to what you had in the first place. Sent my wife in for a tank as mine cracked. It was a Friday night, she walked in with the box to show the clerk what she needed (Geekvape Top Airflow Sub-OHM Tank). The kid behind the counter acted spaced out and claimed they didn't have the product but had a similar product. She didn't know the difference, purchased the tank for more than what I originally paid for the first one, brought it home and it was a smaller tank than the one I had. This all happened on top of the clerk acting like he didn't want to help her in the first place but as soon as two young college girls walked in, both clerks dropped what they were doing to try and accommodate these two girls. The next day I came in and confronted the clerk there about the issue from the previous night, had my receipt and was told they do not do cash refunds yet nowhere does it state there are no refunds in any form. I asked him if they had my original tank and sure enough it was right there in the glass showcase. So since we now had to deal with the money issue, I exchanged the tank for the one I originally wanted and he threw in some atomizers and called it good. When I asked to speak to the manager, he refused to give me a name or tell me anything about the manager. I get that its hard to find decent help but when "kids" are running a business, the business will go down the toilet fast. They don't care to be there and if you need any help, it's like you are bothering them and interrupting them from doing whatever they are doing behind the counter. If flirting with girls is more important than treating each customer with the same amount of respect, it isn't a place that I would recommend to anybody. To anybody who reads this, spend your money where it is valued and appreciated! read more

I never understood why vapors get such a bad wrap... until I stepped into Vapor Express. The place is crawling with kids who appear to be high school students just hanging out, playing fortnite or nonchalantly behind the counter. There were 2 legitimate employees (Atleast I'm assuming they were...) talking to people. 1 employee seemed to be genuinely helping some customers, the other guy seemed to just be shooting the breeze. Neither one acknowledged that they just had a new person walk through the door. I walk over to the guy who just looked like he was talking with friends, smile and say hi, hoping to get his attention. He barely glances at me and asks the guy he was chatting with, "so do you actually want anything?", and proceeds to show him different mods. Listen, I've worked in retail and I'm also a pretty reasonable person. I understand it's hard to give every new customer the help they need if you're already helping someone else. My issue was I wasn't acknowledged. Not once. The only interaction I had was with a different guy behind the counter saying he doesn't actually work there. It's been a few years since I bought anything a new anything and I don't get into this stuff much so I have to trust the sales people. Well lo and behold, the same exact kit I bought today can be bought at multiple other places for $60 cheaper than I paid. Don't let them fool you with the "how much you're wanting to spend" nonsense. Bought a kit ( the one they recommended ) within two weeks it's busted. They won't do anything it's a manufacturers problem , but kicker I didn't keep the original box so can't warranty it through them either. $100.00 down the drain. If your selling a product that doesn't last two weeks you need to take a little more responsibility. read more
