I brought it back within an hour of the sale, expecting a simple exchange or at least a refund. Instead, I was told "We can't do anything about it." No inspection, no accountability, no customer service--just a flat-out refusal to stand behind the product they sold him. If you're okay with rolling the dice on faulty gear and being stuck with it, this might be your place. Otherwise, I'd recommend spending your money somewhere that actually supports its customers after the sale.

However, this one had what she needed for her vape (it was a replacement part) and while there was next to nothing in the way of juices on display, the guy working was great and gave us wonderful service. I just wish we could find a shop here that had the same large selection we had at the one we went to in the last town we lived in.
