Don't get me wrong, the people at the chain are very nice, too. They just don't have the flexibility to meet my needs like Thrifty does.

Other times, there may be a 3 day to 10 day wait for the prescriptions and we have to drive to a different store - but this store doesn't advise you that you can get it filled at another Walgreens and will not initiate the transfer. Are these stores competing against each other? That sounds downright stupid. It is beyond frustrating and that is why we are permanently transferring all prescriptions and vaccinations away from this store, forever.

Just because they txt you it's ready doesn't mean it is. Often they wait for you to get to the store before they fill the actual medication even though they text that it's ready. Boyfriend just got out of hospital yesterday, they sent his prescriptions here. I showed up at…read morearound 1:50, there were several signs that said they get back at 2 from lunch. So I sit there and wait for them to open. At 2:06 a worker walks by and says "Oh they're not open today". Was it that hard to put a sign that said they wouldn't be there? So we call the hospital and ask them to send it to a different Walgreens. Well when we showed up at that one, they said that this Walgreens marked it as "filled", so they can't transfer it since it's a one time prescription! How can it be filled if they're not even there?? Fine, so I'll get it today, Sunday. I show up when they're supposed to open and now they do have a sign that says pharmacy closed until Monday. I understand staffing shortages but this is ridiculous
