Sherry's has compounded my thyroid for many years. If you have a weird thyroid sherry can fix it. She is VERY good at what she does !

In the past I could always count on Sherry's filling scripts on time. Sadly, not any more. A prescription I have filled monthly for a VERY long time (that helps me be able to walk easier due to autoimmune) was not available to me on due date. Sherry's had my script for four days. I was told they sold out of it "randomly to a one time customer" the day before...which happened to be a Friday. So on Saturday (after I call to make sure it is ready), I am told I can't get my medicine until Monday. They won't borrow from another pharmacy because "it's Saturday and are short staffed". Now I will be at least two days without my medication, which will send me into an autoimmune flare and make it incredibly difficult to walk. I am so disappointed that they wouldn't let a long time customer know they sold out and not wait for me to find out on a Saturday (after having script for four days) when I can do nothing about it until Monday. Time to make a change to a different pharmacy. So disappointed in lack of customer care. read more

Wonderful help from Sherry's on a drug I have to have compounded. I'm allergic to gluten and other medications had that in them.

Keep the mom and pops alive!! Great pharmacy and feel the prices are fair but even if you have to pay a little more than your typical 'box' store, keep in mind you are patronizing small business and doing a service to your local community. Highly recommend Sherry's Drug! read more

Not sure if they are sweet kosher or spicy Italian. Lol. Strangely large facility with essential hygiene products in stock. Sweet staff kept me updated on the status of my prescription. Mostly enjoyed the selection of gifts to the left upon entering. Entertaining for sure! read more

When I needed a prescription filled I had it sent to Sherry's drug knowing they had what I needed. They quoted $263 for one months supply which is outrageous since I needed 14 weeks supply. I am on a fixed income with no prescription insurance. They did offered me a $13 discount. Of course, I canceled. I contacted Innovative Pharmacy and they charged me $110 for the 14 week supply. Sherry's Drug price gouges outrageously. This pill costs $.06 to make and I expect a business to make a profit but to charge $765 more than another pharmacy in town is disgraceful. Please for goodness sake avoid Sherry's Drug! read more

I have been going to this drug store for years, and have had multiple incidents of them either screwing up my scripts, or just plain not filling them. I have given them so many chances because I know the owner, but she has kind of stepped back from the day to day operations and has NO idea ( I'm assuming ) that her pharmacists are the rudest, most hateful, judgemental people that I have seen in a long time. The final step was when one of the pharmacists wouldn't accept my scripts because of the day they were written for, and the kind of medicine it was, mind you I have been going there for years and can't count how many times they have done this before, so I called and tried to figure out what they were talking about, why she can decide when to obey the law or not and this very unprofessional women hung up on me!! I am never giving them another chance, and I will let everyone I know to just keep on looking for a more professional, pleasant pharmacy. One positive thing I do have to mention is the girls at the register are great, but not enough to keep getting treated like I have so many times before. read more

WORST . EXPERIENCE . EVER FIRST DAY: I take two Rx's to be filled. They can only fill one and say they will call me next day when other is ready. SECOND DAY: I receive no call from them. Husband goes to pharmacy late in the afternoon to pick-up Rx and they CAN'T FIND IT!!! Husband calls me, I tell him that they took the Rx from me, wrote my name and number on it and said they would call me when ready. Tech gets on the phone and says since they can't find the Rx, obviously I must not have left it. Basically, she INSULTS ME and calls me a liar. I reiterated the chain of events that took place and FINALLY, they found the Rx. Said they would not be able to fill Rx that day and they would call me when it was ready. (Not feeling too confident at this point). So this means, I will have had to make THREE trips to the pharmacy. THIRD DAY: Once again, I do not receive a call from the pharmacy. I call - it's STILL NOT READY!!! I tell them that I will be there at 12:30 to pick it up and that it had better be ready. When I get there - they CAN'T FIND IT! Finally, after asking everyone and searching, they find it. I receive NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER for the inconvenience. Sherry's Pharmacy (and I'm reluctant to even call it a PHARMACY) is totally INCOMPETENT, and UNPROFESSIONAL. It feels like it's run by a group of AMATEURS. I have NO CONFIDENCE in this 'establishment' or the folks who work there and will NEVER EVER use or recommend that poor excuse for a pharmacy again. EVER!!! read more
