I never would have found this place without insurance, but I'm hopefully others will find it through Yelp because they were so helpful. They carry walkers, wheel chairs, shower chairs. Breast pumps and accessories for nursing, lots of baby gear and supplies, first aid supplies and home health care supplies. They also have a lot of equipment and supplies for the tattoo industry. If you need something and you're not sure, just call them. They'll tell you if they have it in stock, if they can order it for you, and any other information you might need. Since my insurance covered 100% of my purchase with no deductible or co-pay, it was well worth the drive. But, upon checking out the shop, it would have been worth the drive anyway. I've been to a few medical supply places when running errands for family and friends on the mend, and I'm here to tell you, they can be pretty depressing. But this was bright, spotlessly clean, and staffed by two nice fellas helping you with check out, questions, etc. In addition, there were two other people in offices just off the main floor. These ladies were answering phones, processing insurance, following up with people to make sure they knew their prescription had been called in and all was well. (I know this because they processed all my info, including letting me know when insurance had been approved and when my doctor's office had called in the script. The owner was also on site, and said he is most days. I consider this a great hidden find and I hope if you need this kind of stuff, you'll find them to be as helpful as I did.

It shouldn't take this long. I have called and called and called and called both the store number, the managers phone number, AND the corporate office and left many many many messages. In months and months and months they have NEVER even returned my phone call. It's really amazing. I would like to say poor customer service but it has been NO customer service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB just in hopes that someone will call me.
