She is extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional to a level that is beyond belief. When I went through the drive thru she was so lazy that she told me if I wanted my prescriptions run through my insurance I needed to go inside and have Sara help me. When I asked her why I would need to go inside for that she told me I was blocking her drive through and when I started to ask if she could run it through insurance and I would come back after running my other errands, she cut me off, told me she wasn't going to have me blocking "her" drive through, then sarcastically said, "Bye Bye" and closed the drive through window and walked away. When I went inside, I found her talking about me where all the other pharmacy employees and customers could easily hear. The woman in line in front of me turned to me and said, " She's always like that. Thats why I just come inside so I don't have to deal with her." The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the woman at the counter inside, Sara, is so nice and so helpful, was very apologetic, and went above and beyond to help me and all of the other customers. This experience was surreal. I was shocked at how angry and unprofessional she was and how much and how quickly she escalated things. It was truly bizarre and upsetting.

I had a CPAP machine with Aerocare. My doctor submitted a prescription for a nebulizer for my…read morechronic asthma. Aerocare canceled the nebulizer because it showed the CPAP machine was not turned in. I called and they wanted me to look for the receipt before they email the workers to look at their paperwork to see if it was indeed turned in. I felt like that should have been done instead of waiting on me. I called them every day, twice a day with no answer or when I did get through, the phone would hang up. I finally talked with someone and they needed me to bring the paper to them so they could scan it. This is an an inconvenience for me. The place is far and I'm still sick yet I'm still suffering had to go to the emergency room for breathing treatments because they canceled my machine. I don't think I should have to drive across town to give them a form that was given to me by their office but was not properly put in the system from KW, an employee from Aerocare. They messed up, not me. This is not professional at all.
