They wait until after you arrive to fill a prescription (even when it's called in days in advanced) which has made me late for work multiple times (waiting over 30 min). When I order it to have it delivered, I don't get my prescription, and I don't receive anything telling me it's late or not coming, it's like I'm just overlooked. I've brought this to their attention and nothing. No apology and no acknowledgement. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere which is sad being this is the only pharmacy near me.

I took over this pharmacy a little over 3 months now and I can tell you that with the changes we implemented as well as a Walmart-wide focus towards servicing people, our pharmacy has really came a long way. Alot of people have really bad experiences with pharmacies constantly and I'm not saying that we can guarantee a great experience every time due to various factors outside of our control. Everyone who has ever worked there is so kind and helpful. If you don't have insurance sometimes you might see your cadh press being less with Clinic and more with Walgreens. Imagine that a pharmacy so wealthy needing 4 times what a small independent pharmacy does. Bottom line they a good people. It'll be worth the switch! I have lived in…read morefive states other than Oklahoma, and I can say that hospital discount pharmacy is the absolute best pharmacy that I have ever had my medications filled at. It's not because it is tiny nor is it because of the cool retro music, it is because of the people. They are absolutely wonderful! If they do not have a medication that you need, You can order it and it will be there first thing in the morning. Everyone who works there is absolutely happy and friendly to see you! It is definitely the "mom-and pop" establishment and home, but it feels so great to be served by people who care for you and show it. They remember you by first name. They ask how you are convalescing. They are non-judgmentaI have felt a feeling of compassion when you are on certain medications that might be controversial. Because I am African - American and female, I have been treated badly at some major pharmacies, but at this little pharmacy, the ladies are welcoming and Wonderful.
