They wait until after you arrive to fill a prescription (even when it's called in days in advanced) which has made me late for work multiple times (waiting over 30 min). When I order it to have it delivered, I don't get my prescription, and I don't receive anything telling me it's late or not coming, it's like I'm just overlooked. I've brought this to their attention and nothing. No apology and no acknowledgement. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere which is sad being this is the only pharmacy near me.

They had all my medications, which are common and filled them immediately. I just moved back from Michigan and the Walgreens there had already provided the Walgreens in Shawnee with all my information! In my opinion, the store is not at fault, however, the AUTOMATED CUSTOMER SERVICE SYSTEM leaves a great deal to be desired. Get THAT fixed and you will probably see the positive reviews increase.
