My doctor has wrote the same prescriptions for me for years. I just started going to this Walmart pharmacy when I moved to Oklahoma City. I have always went to Walmart pharmacies if he needed to look up my history I'm sure it would be easy for him to access all the other Walmart pharmacies who have filled these same prescriptions for me over the years. I never had anyone pill shame me before or try to act like I didn't need my medication. He even suggested different antidepressants I've tried in the past that obviously didn't work, and that's why I'm on the one I'm on now. The pharmacist talked down to me like I was dirt. I never felt more humiliated in my life. I will never go to this place again. I hope nobody else has to experience this. If you want an overzealous pharmacist who wants to talk about what he thinks is best for you then this is the place you should go.

Catalina came to help me, I've never experienced horrible customer service like this.. she got an attitude telling me Walgreens couldn't scan QR code's for returns. I read her the email that was sent to me giving me this location as the drop off.. I also was confused as to why would fed ex give us QR code's if it want possible to scan it. Catalina was super disrespectful, telling me I should go to another place that could help me. I asked for a manger the shift leader KIKI came. She too didn't know the process of retrieving the label via QR code. She tried scanning as a door tag, of course that wouldn't work because it wasn't a door tag.. I felt as if they never returned something with a QR code. KIKI the shift leader wasn't fluent, the only difference between her and Catalina was she easy trying and she didn't have an attitude!!! Then the light in the dark came tomiyah, as I was feeling defeated she politely told KIKI that scanning the QR code was an option. It wasn't listed on the machine like the other noticeable options drop off, pick up and door scan.. she explained you had to log into a different section. She took the device logged in scanned the QR CODE and retrieved the tag! This location is in need of SOME MAJOR TRAINING!!! Catalina need help with her customer service and attitude. If she didn't know how to scan the QR code she should've asked for help! She should've never made me feel as if I was asking her to do something impossible. I should've never felt as if her and I were in a battle for right or wrong. This is super unacceptable because I look like the combative person when in reality 2-3 employees weren't educated on the how's of how to handle returns PROPERLY! She is extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional to a level that is beyond belief. When I went through the drive thru she was so lazy that she told me if I wanted my prescriptions run through my insurance I needed to go inside and have Sara help me. When I asked her why I would need to go inside for that she told me I was blocking her drive through and when I started to ask if she could run it through insurance and I would come back after running my other errands, she cut me off, told me she wasn't going to have me blocking "her" drive through, then sarcastically said, "Bye Bye" and closed the drive through window and walked away. When I went inside, I found her talking about me where all the other pharmacy employees and customers could easily hear. The woman in line in front of me turned to me and said, " She's always like that. Thats why I just come inside so I don't have to deal with her." The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the woman at the counter inside, Sara, is so nice and so helpful, was very apologetic, and went above and beyond to help me and all of the other customers. This experience was surreal. I was shocked at how angry and unprofessional she was and how much and how quickly she escalated things. It was truly bizarre and upsetting.
