Went here to buy Liquid Bandage and a 128GB flash drive. Returning home I realize I should have also bought a tub of Vaseline, because they really stuck it to me at the store. How in the f can they justify the regular price of 52.99 for one 128GB (on sale for 39.74) when you can buy TWO of the exact item for 17.99 on Amazon? I've been burned by their insane mark-ups in the past but this time, shame on me. I won't be supporting their insanity any longer. Also just went to their website because "Walgreen's Listens" to fill out their survey. But first you have to accept cookies which probably means I would be bombarded with b.s. from a store I will no longer support so let's hope Walgreen's Reads as well as listens. Pharmacy phone wait times are typically 10 minutes plus. Lines for service at pharmacy are in excess of 10 people. Technicians and Pharmacists are rude and are not helpful. Pharmacists are not consistent in following procedures. read more

This place is terrible. I have been told that my prescription would be ready yesterday. And then I got told noon today. Then I come at 6 pm, and it still isn't ready! This is fucking crazy! Ever since Rite Aid closed don about a mile from here and we have had to get our prescriptions from here, we have chewed out multiple employees about this very thing! I can't keep going days without these medications, that's not how medications are supposed to work! If you can find any other place to get prescriptions, go! Don't waste your time with these prescription pick ups. The employees at the window are nice and I know it's not their fault, but I am tired of this! I wish this place closed down instead of Rite Aid. It's a mess. We had called a woman before coming to pick up this prescription and she said it's done, which it isn't. Walgreens constantly makes mistakes and is so slow that I age every time I have to get a prescription filled. My latest issue is a 90 day prescription and was given 50 with 1 refill left until 5 /2025 but was told I needed a new prescription from the Doctor. I made an issue to them and they finally admitted they made a mistake. Great but it happens way to often. I'm done with Walgreens. read more

I use Walgreens all over the country and am generally pleased. That being said the Walgreens in Niles, MI, is absolutely horrible. Pharmacy lines are out of control and even just to pick up photos--can never find someone to take care of you. Tonight went back to pick up photos and I see all these people just standing outside. There was a sign on the door that said they're temporarily closed. Hmm. They're supposed to be a 24-hour Walgreens. So I got back in my car and drove home. I was at Niles Walgreens in the drive thru dropping off scripts and I sat in line for like 20 minutes behind the same person waiting just to drop of scripts. Line was out to the road. I picked up my cell and called them. You have one lane open cars to the road and still tending to one person, I'm so starting to look for a new pharmacy Niles Walgreens really needs to get their stuff together. The absolute worst pharmacy on this side of the Mississippi River. They are INCREDIBLY slow. When having a doctor call in a script, they don't check their voicemails so even something called in hours prior will not be ready when you get there causing you to have to wait in the germ infested waiting area. They claim that they cannot have any prescription ready faster than 30 minutes which just causes to the frustration. Complete and utter laziness and lack of detail on their part. Simple fix would be to answer the phone when doctors call or check the voicemail. If you have the opportunity go to Niles Martin's pharmacy right across the street, I've never had this issue there (unfortunately they aren't open 24 hours) read more

Ed was a great help at 1130pm. Wife had heartburn late at night and Ed was more then happy to, not only direct us, but take us to the spot for some Zantac. Included with this was a fine conversation and a hair rustle for my 3 year old who was sleepless tonight. I'm hoping that Ed will get this message in some way or another. GREAT JOB! read more

Pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would give them lower than one star if possible.

I would never use this pharmacy myself, however my dad is very set in his ways and so I end up having to deal with them while dropping off or picking up his prescriptions. It's nearly impossible to speak to anyone from the pharmacy on the phone; you are always on hold for 20+ minutes and no one picks up. The wait times inside are pretty terrible, too. I have used other Walgreen's pharmacies and in general the service is not nearly as bad as this location. read more

This is a convenient place to pick up my prescriptions and I never have to wait very long they have a drive-thru where I can drop them off do my errands come back and pick them up or I can decide to shop in the store because they have wonderful items to choose from from Electronics to greeting cards and there's never a longer than 15 minutes late the staff is very friendly and my prescriptions are always correct read more

i went to this pharmacy to pick up 2 prescriptions recently, that i was told were ready. they gave me 1, said the other was on a ''hold'' but did not know why. they told me to come back in a couple of hours. i returned approximately 3 hours later. this time i stood in line for 20 minutes to then be told, it's not ready, come back in 30 minutes. with gas prices at $4.60 a gallon i was not going to drive all the way back home again. i said i wanted to speak to a pharmacist and the girl behind the counter said '' get out of line i have other customers to deal with'' this girl was ''thee'' rudest individual i have ever dealt with in a customer service field. then it got better, when i left, i called them back to talk to a manager, only to find out that they were out of what i needed to begin with!. i want to thank Alexis,the girl i dealt with the great attitude! needless to say, won't ever be going back to this store. read more

I use to get my prescriptions there. Every time I went there their Pharmacy was busy, drive through and in store. They never had enough help to serve customers. They could have 1 person ringing people up and 4 people in back not helping and a 4 car line in the drive through and half dozen people in line in store. I'd try different times a day, didn't matter. I don't have time to wait in line 30 minutes to just pick up a prescription. I ended up switching to a different walgreens in south bend that is 10x better. read more
