I called today and spoke with a woman who worked in that department. Not only did she have the guts to basically call me a liar over the phone but her over all attitude was TERRIBLE. She interrupted nearly everything I said, her tone was flippant and it was obvious that she didn't care. Once she started to pick up on the fact that I was probably going to write a review about her specifically she began to offer me "options".... The funny thing is I wouldn't even be writing this review if she hadn't presented such horrible customer service and attitude. I tend to be pretty understanding regardless of how negative a situation is for me because let's face it sometimes it isn't the person's fault on the other end of the phone and I get that.... This gal was just rude and that isn't something I tolerate very well. They also have some outside seating if you want to enjoy the good weather for a moment before getting back on the road.
