The place is located on the corner of Sample/Sheridan, the entrance is a small driveway off of Sheridan. Pull up to the closed garage door and follow the sign: honk your horn and wait. They'll open up the door soon enough and wave for you to drive in. From there you can choose your services: a basic car wash includes vacuuming all but the trunk. You will need to take your stuff off the floor though or they'll ignore those spots. The trunk is additional to the posted $15. The wheels weren't washed, but the body was fine and their shop vac did justice to my husky's fur on my dark seats! I also added a small tip for their quick and efficient service! My car came out sparkly clean and I was in and out of there in less then 10 minutes, even tho there was a long line or cars when I arrived. Besides the traditional drive-thru wash you might see at a gas station, there is an attendant before you enter the tunnel. They use a soapy brush to manually scrub off any stuck-on dirt from your car. The wash tunnel has two different cleaning stages. Soft cloth then soft brushes. After that you go through the rinse and finally the dry. I don't know what all you get for the more premium washes, but I chose the most basic option and I'm very happy with the results.

Its either the gate wont open or the entrance is blocked for maintenance or something else is broken. Last time I came, both gates were not opening, and the screen is stuck on "cancelling transactions" must be the person before me. Since I have a monthly membership, I just wait for the gate to open. When this happens I usually call the number posted next to the screen, and the person on the phone (usually male associate) ask for my plate #, name, phone # then give me a code to press on the screen so I can drive in to get my wash. This last time, a female associate answered the call. I told her both gates were not opening my car and a pick truck on the other gate stuck behind the gates and a few cars came behind and they ended up leaving. She asked for my phone number, plate number, credit card on file, what type of membership I have and she still can't figure out what is going on. Both gates were blocked for at least 20 minutes or so. Not only I can't get my car wash and wasting my time but also to those people that came and wanted to get their car washed. My issue wasn't resolved even after I gave all the information that I was asked, I was not given a code to get in. She have all my informations. I wish this person was more helpful like the other/person times I ran with the same issue. I also told her I came 2 days ago with no issue. Then the next 5 or so times I come, no issue and then repeat. She still asked me to wait while she figures out what is going on. I was running out of time so I just turned around and left the location. I am cancelling my membership because I'm so done with these issues they keep having. It's a waste of time and a headache more than anything else. Went to get a wash today and no issues. (3 weeks left of membership Go get a membership elsewhere. Extremely frustrated with the inability to show someone in person the damage and to review their video. Do not go to this business. At least drive and shine's owner is visible and wants his customers to be happy with their service. Now we have a damaged vehicle, and they will not return our monthly payment as well. Worst customer service we've ever experienced. In addition, they don't honor their hours on their website and Google as we would show up and they'd be closed already. As well as half the time we weren't able to use the vip lane because our plates didn't register. We were only members for a month and regret it.
