I don't even know where to begin. Id give this place -0 star. I have been a member for 2-3 years. This past year, it's been happening way too much. Its either the gate wont open or the entrance is blocked for maintenance or something else is broken. Last time I came, both gates were not opening, and the screen is stuck on "cancelling transactions" must be the person before me. Since I have a monthly membership, I just wait for the gate to open. When this happens I usually call the number posted next to the screen, and the person on the phone (usually male associate) ask for my plate #, name, phone # then give me a code to press on the screen so I can drive in to get my wash. This last time, a female associate answered the call. I told her both gates were not opening my car and a pick truck on the other gate stuck behind the gates and a few cars came behind and they ended up leaving. She asked for my phone number, plate number, credit card on file, what type of membership I have and she still can't figure out what is going on. Both gates were blocked for at least 20 minutes or so. Not only I can't get my car wash and wasting my time but also to those people that came and wanted to get their car washed. My issue wasn't resolved even after I gave all the information that I was asked, I was not given a code to get in. She have all my informations. I wish this person was more helpful like the other/person times I ran with the same issue. I also told her I came 2 days ago with no issue. Then the next 5 or so times I come, no issue and then repeat. She still asked me to wait while she figures out what is going on. I was running out of time so I just turned around and left the location. I am cancelling my membership because I'm so done with these issues they keep having. It's a waste of time and a headache more than anything else. Went to get a wash today and no issues. (3 weeks left of membership Go get a membership elsewhere. Just don't. Wash prices have gone way up, but still gets stuck going into dyer. Now you can't share a monthly wash code, and it appears to be a monthly subscription....only it is not spelled out that they will charge you monthly until you cancel. Tried to register on website to cancel, and it doesn't work. Also I don't appreciate the higher price at the Granger location. Just go to Mike's or Drive and Shine, please! Update... I was hung up on by a customer service rep named Ashley, when I told her I would not be paying for a 2nd car and would like to simply pay for the $9 basic wash and be refunded the remainder. I called back asking if we were disconnected. She denied hanging up on me and said we must have gotten disconnected. She said this review was very "hurtful" and requested that I take it down. This place has more than doubled their prices in the last two years, but the wash remains the same. I exit the wash and the back end of my car is still wet. I've gone back around and talked to someone, and gotten another wash but it's stayed unsatisfying. Now that the prices have shot up, I won't bother anymore. read more

If I could give this place a star less I would. The 2 times I've gone there I've gotten stuck inside the car wash.

I have used this wash for several years but I'm done, done, done!!! They raised their prices again, you can no longer take different vehicles on a monthly pass, the guy who works there has yelled at my wife and two of my kids at different times, if you use the vaccuum before the wash he will flip the breaker and turn it off, and you're lucking if you don't get stuck by the dryer, Overall the wash sucks but I am cheap! Since it is no longer cheap I will spend the money and buy the multi-wash books from Mike's. Much better wash and they are nice to you! read more

Horrible experience with a employee who could do nothing to help you and then tell you how you need to use business to clean your vehicle. Based upon his recommendations I would tear the whole place down and reconfigure. When I would not do as he wanted I was asked to leave. So yes I did and will NEVER BE BACK. Been using since built. But no more! Customers here are never to be trusted. If equipment is not working properly dont look for the employee to assist you but they are proud to say they work there. But do they care? I dont think so when he couldnt fix the broken vacuum. Or even try to fix! Then tells me what to do! read more

We've had the Works monthly pass for a few years now, and our cars always look great! A few weeks ago, there was a jumper cable caught on one of the spinning brushes that was whipping my car REALLY hard every time it came around. I think it may have come from the bed of the truck in front of me. It caused damage to my fender, door, window trim, and bumper. I walked back in and found Jose who happened to be working there that day. He was super helpful, called the owner right away, and told me to fill out the damage form on their web site. I had my doubts because there are signs everywhere that say they aren't responsible for any damage, and the battery cable wasn't necessarily their fault. Dow, the owner, personally reached out to me and covered all the damage with no hassle and no questions asked, other than requesting photos. He even let me have the repairs done at the Lexus dealership, which was where I preferred to take it. This is a great place to deal with! read more

Terrible. Avoid at all costs. The door closed on the roof of my brand new car and scratched it all up. They don't have a sensor on the car wash door. I complained and they refuse to do anything about it. Takes them a week to respond to any emails. They obviously have no intention of even helping me. Pay $2 more and go to Mikes. read more

Bought their unlimited service. Washed car in the morning, drove to Chicago and tried again upon return. Found out you're limited to one per day after walking in and asking owner why i was locked out. I said, I thought a monthly pass would allow me to wash my car when needed? He repeated, One per day! And shrugged his shoulders. Nasty attitude. I immediately went to Mikes and bought the unlimited monthly wash. Granted, it's $9 more per month but I can wash the car anytime I want and they're happy to have my business. Cya later! read more

Great Wash for the price. Best Value in town. Only cost $5 for a wash and dry.
