They told her no problem and I should come by the next day. I arrived at 9:00 am. They put it semi-synthetic blend oil. They changed my oil, added window washer fluid, and added some coolant fluid. I went for a run and came back. The car was ready to go. The service was great, and I was happy they took me so quickly. I saw some of the other ratings. They dispelled the others with their excellent service. Thank you. Oh, by the way, my son and daughter in law have been using them for years. They totally don't acknowledge you for at least 5-10 minutes! And when they finally acknowledge your existence, they just tell you to use your app! 6- you're lucky if they even open on time! This is not my first time using this service, and I have never had issues before, which makes this failure even more unacceptable. Poor customer service deserves to be called out, and this is a blatant example of it. My order was canceled with absolutely no notification--no email, no text, no explanation. I was left waiting for an order that had already been canceled without my knowledge. This is completely unacceptable and reflects a serious breakdown in Stop & Shop's customer service. Why offer a service you clearly cannot manage or guarantee? Had I not called to follow up myself, I would have been left in limbo indefinitely. There should be a basic system in place to notify customers of any order delay or cancellation, along with a reason. From a technical standpoint, this is not difficult--you already have customer contact information, including email and phone numbers. To make matters worse, after this failure on your end, I was forced to resubmit the order, make an additional payment, and now wait 7-10 business days for a refund or credit on the canceled order. This is negligent, unprofessional, and an unacceptable way to conduct business. If zero stars were an option, that is what this experience deserves.

The products here are reasonably priced and I can count on them to keep the small items that you may find in a store. A family owned and operated establishment that has been in the neighborhood for years and owned by the same people. In the morning the store is extremely busy. Filled with the working class who craves a cup of morning joe and to play their lotto numbers in the same location at the same time.
