My doctors office has submitted required information a few times now that shows that I meet their clinical requirements for the medication. The prior authorization staff, process, and/or system seems to keep on screwing up and cannot find the information submitted, and they reject the request. I have been on the phone with CarelonRX and my doctors office at the same time, and CarelonRX still cannot get it done.
