Worst pharmacy customer service ever. I've been calling to find a pharmacy that had my prescription in stock, I had already gone to 2 other pharmacies and they were out of stock. I found myself calling different pharmacies and very nicely they would say, no sorry but try this store. I finally call this Walgreens on Alessandro and as soon as I asked the pharmacy manager if they had one item on my prescription list she shuts me down and says "I can't tell you that over the phone bring in the prescription". First of...Rude!! I'm sick!!! With a very high fever, chills, dizzy...I can't be driving around Riverside county to find out who has what I need! I had already spend 2 hours looking for the prescriptions. I told the "manager" that the Walgreens on Iris referred me to them to please just let me know so I could drop it off or not... She refused to do so. I asked her if pharmacy to pharmacy could give each other that information she said I'll make sure they don't give you that information. Sure enough I called the pharmacy on Iris again a man answered this time, I told him that I called earlier to find out about a prescription, he stops me and says "I know I got a call and I can't give you that information, if you drop of the prescription... Maybe I could call the other pharmacies"! Maybe? Honestly I don't know what's making me sicker... The flu or this mess?? I hope you guys are never in my place. I'm in so much pain with neck and shoulder spasms, I come her to fill my prescription, the guy at the drive thur, said it will be ready at 11:30 that makes an hour and a half wait, it's pretty long, but understandable it's a Friday night, so we waited the hour and a half and note my pain is a level 10, this time we get down and we spoke to the guy again at the register, he said yeah, I told you 11:30 you have a few more minutes to wait. You are a little early, we said ok, so then at exactly 11:30 we walked up to the counter, the pharmacist said it's not going to be ready until 1:30 am and we said the guys did not tell us that, he told us 11:30, she kept insisting he told us 1:30, if the guy would have told us 1:30 in the first place, we would not agree to wait, we would find a different pharmacy, so an hour and a half wait, in pain. Waisted, I could have went to a different pharmacy, so I got my prescription back and taking a 20 min drive to the other pharmacy witch I call they said it's 15 20 minute wait, yeah I understand your backed up, that's ok, but understand I'm in a lot of pain, and I can't suffer until 1:30am, so just understand I want to find another pharmacy, and admit your mistake that you told us a wrong wait time, and apologize, do say we are wrong and insist your employees gave us the right time, he told us it will be ready at 11:30 two different times read more

Terrible service. The employees are rather pleasant but the pharmacy is greatly understaffed and the wait times can be extremely long. It is a bit like waiting at the DMV. I've tried inside and drive through; both are slow. read more

Do not go here!! My credit card information was stolen at this store and had over 70 attempted transactions (they must post the information on a board or something because I these all occurred within a few hours and were places all over the world). I know it was here too because I hadn't used that credit card recently, this was the only place that I used it at and the information started being used right away. Beware! I knew this was a bad area. I should have stuck to my gut feeling of going to Rite Aid across the street instead, but who knows, they are probably stealing information at that store too! I stopped by to drop off my prescription and the staff was very nice, and helpful. I was in extreme pain, and the pharmacist was able to fill my prescription right away. The staff was very friendly and understanding. I was shock to have had experienced this great service. I will be transferring all my prescriptions here! What a great customer service Walgreens! I've finally had it with this pharmacy. I choose it because it's 24 hours and with 7 children, 5 adopted and with special needs, I need a pharmacy I can depend on. There staff lacks experience and are constantly making errors with my daughters medication and the way they submit it to her insurance. They were taking 24 days for a simple 2-3 approval. Even after getting a 3 month approval, they continued to insist they needed an approval. She ran out and they refused to forward her any medication being fully aware that going cold turkey off this medication could cause a psychotic break down. My daughter is only 5 yrs old and suffered major brain injury before her adoption. Within 4 days she was screaming, unable to communicate and was in bad shape. I called her Drs crying and they called the pharmacy and they finally got it filled, but not before transferring me to another Walgreens so they didn't have to deal with me anymore. I still had my prescriptions there though. I suffer from 4 herniated discs in my back with a pinched nerve. I'm always in pain it just depends on the level. I get so many excuse, like we don't have that medication in, we forgot to order it, you will have to wait 2 hours, we have to run it through another computer and it's down right now, we can decide when we give it, and on and on. I've never complained and always been nice. It's hard to do that when your in pain and you have a valid prescription from an extremely prestigious ortho surgeon. I've even had them tell me, dr's can't tell us how to dispense medication. REALLY, the pharmacist went to med school? I understand that pain medication is often abused, but I have one Dr, and it's a small script. I've never taken illegal drugs in my life. Never, not even medical marijuana. I went to get my prescription today, when it is due, and they had a hold out on it wanting me to wait 2 extra days. I have a feeling it's due to the situation with my daughter. I've called 20 times since Friday and every time it hits 10 min, it automatically disconnects you. 200 minutes on hold and never once got to speak with anyone. So I drove over there to have them tell me they can fill it when they want. I'm done,most of the staff is rude. There is 2-3 people In there that a very professional, but they all should be? Bye-bye Walgreens, even my daughters medi-cal told me to find a smaller pharmacy! read more

Poor service! I spend more than 20 minutes for a freaking money transaction. I was picking up my money on Western Union and the lady from the photo booth told me to do it on the machine, it only took me less than 5 minutes and then machine told me to go to the register to pick up my money. By the time I got to the register the lady from the register said that I can do that transaction, I should go to the lady at the photo booth, by the time I got to the photo booth did some verification and next thing she said I don't have any money in the register I'm like" fuck! The lady told me to go here and now you're telling me that you don't have the money." Then the manager says I'm going to get the money. It took him more than 20 minutes, it's only a fucking 250.00. I can't believe that I'm getting late for work for this shut. Seriously!!! I would not recommend for everyone to make a western union transaction here. read more

I have 4 stage cancer in 3 places....sadly I was treated like a drug chaser a nuisance and GOSSIPED about. And sadly I wasn't physically there...my husband was, I was bedridden. I could not only get my meds, they also couldn't fill my numbing mouthwash/antacid (chemo effects make my mouth hurt)due to lack of in stock supplies. After my husband went back to hospital, calls from my charge nurse, Doctor notes(more like a book) I was then sent to the Iris and Perris store to fill my meds. Later that week as I called to refill my tummy med(omeprezole )...calling Iris and Perris...I get snarky remark from pharm tech on phone....OH WE HEARD ABOUT YOU FROM THE OTHER STORE!!!! So not only do I have cancer in 3 places...inoperable...but I am being gossiped about when I wasn't even THERE??!! VERY unprofessional!! Not HAPPY!! I hope if you go here, you aren't mistreated....I wish I stayed at CVS..they were always nice. The only reason I switched is they can't make my numbing antacid.....aka magic mouthwash. And I thought it would be easier going to the same place for all meds....Sad!! read more
