The owners are nice. They do not keep things fully stocked tho! Some of the snacks can be old but it's still worth going

I prefer to use self checkout, but I had to settle for a cashier helping me, because my coupon barcode was too light to scan. I pressed the "Request Help" button, and some green haired Grinch came over and says, "You need something?" When I tell you I must have looked at that heffa like she had sh*t on her. I reapond, "Uhh yeah, the coupon barcode won't scan". She responds back with, "You need to go over there, then". I knew where "over there" was, I just wanted her to tell me, so I said , "Over where?!?" Her response, "the register". I get to the register and I'm assisted by a guy whom was over his shift, job or life. He had a melancholy demeanor and didn't greet me. He wasn't rude, but he wasn't welcoming, nor customer service friendly. I can not stand this CVS, and its not just because of the customer service. There's always people hanging outside the builiding, asking for money.

0 STARS...I hope you don't have to deal with this employee when she's busy like I had to…read more I apologize for the long review but honestly there's no other way I can express how badly I was treated without explaining it in detail. I hope the manager looks at these reviews because there was no other way to report this hostile employee. First off I will start with saying I've worked in customer service & the hospitality business for over 10 years. This troubled employee does not deserve to have a job that deals with customers especially a convenience store gas station like 7/11. Me and my friend went into the store to get some things and also use the restroom. When we walked to the restrooms one was occupied and one was vacant, but both were locked. I seen the cashier was busy so I allowed her to complete her task before asking if she could open the restroom please. She then told me both were occupied and rudely said "i needed to wait!" Which was fine, I was not rude nor upset at that time. 1 min. later I asked her to open the restroom and she aggressively said "I told u it's occupied!!!!" I replied and said someone just came out. She then yelled "Not it's not!" But realized she was wrong. She then opened the door, I had seen there were 2 men in the restroom beside me (seen ones backside out naked) which to me was weird so I said to my friend "there's 2 men in there?" The cashier then said behind my back when I was already in the restroom "who cares!" And continued to yell about me. I heard my friend express something to her as well and the employee continued to yell and be upset. Her demeanor, volume, and tone of voice really upset me. When I exited the restroom I asked for the manager, she then replied that she just left. Unfortunately, this employee would not give me her name which is completely unacceptable. She was working with another employee which had a name tag and stated she didn't have one and asked if I was a cop..and that she didn't have one because "she hadn't worked there that long." I asked her why she was so upset and she stated " you're treating me like you're better than me!!!" Still yelling..She then explained that I was being rude while she as an employee was literally yelling at me. She also told me "IF YOU'RE BEING RUDE I CAN BE RUDE TOO!!" I wish I would have recorded her because she was so out of line. After asking her to take a breath .. and also explaining to her that I am a customer and her attitude was not acceptable. I then seen shame and embarrassment in her eyes as she came back to reality and realized she had 5 customers in line watching her dramatic childish tantrum. I really wish I could have spoken to her boss because her behavior deserves consequences. I didn't deserve to be treated that way just because 7/11 had a public restroom and I needed to use it. I left with no purchase and still upset. I hope she finds peace with herself and finds a job that doesn't trigger her the way I did when simply just asking to use restroom.

Thank you for being there when I ran out of dining dollars because the market prices are crazy…read more Overall this is safe option when your tummy is grumbling as they serve many classic american foods that you can't go wrong with. This means alot of potatos, chicken breasts, and Caesar salads. Once in a blue moon, they will serve a unique entrée however everyone will choose that option and it will run out :( But, they ALWAYS have that dank udon salad and the Hawaiian rolls. XD

TL:DR - The meats at Savor is almost always overcooked…read moreand/or dry because they need to keep a safe temperature, meaning no medium cooked steaks - Sizzle is actually not bad at all. They have good food. - Sushi by Gusto is a good quick fix for my sushi cravings. I probably wouldn't eat it "just because." - The convience store is overpriced, so unless you are able to go to an actual store or if you have dining dollars, your money can be better saved elsewhere. - This whole market is worked by students, so do not expect the best service or attitudes. --------------------------------------------------- I really love the Market at Glen Mor because of its convenience. It has most things that a student on-campus needs without having to leave campus. They have Starbucks (which I will review in its own page), groceries, and three different options for food; Savor, Sizzle, and Sushi by Gustos. Savor is a cafeteria-style service where you have the option of choosing 1 side + 1 entree, or 2 sides + 1 entree. One of the negatives of Savor is that they need to cook their food to an above-desired temperature, meaning that the salmon, tri tip, pork, etc are all overcooked. I wouldn't pay for this food if I didn't have the option to get this food with a meal swipe. I won't go too into detail on the students who work their since they're constantly changing, but sometimes I get students who always smiles and genuinely wishes me a good day, which is a plus. The other restaurant that is offered is called Sizzle. I actually enjoys Sizzle a lot! If you are in the area for lunch, definitely try out the Salmon burger, steak quesadilla, mushroom burger, or the caprese sandwich. They also have an option called Sushi By Gusto. Yes, it is pretty weird buying sushi on campus, but I definitely like their sushi enough for it to satisfy my late night sushi cravings. The older gentleman who makes the sushi is also very friendly. If I want to add crispy onion flakes or eel sauce, I ask him, and he doesn't mind adding it on top. He hands it back with a smile as well. The convenience store part of The Market has a lot of basic items you might need like honey, tissues, frozen food, drinks, etc. Do know that this store is very overpriced, but for many first years who have dining dollars, it is totally fine. One of the downfalls of The Market is that it is primarily students who work. I totally get that they add the stress of a part-time job on top of their studies. However, the "IDGAF" attitude a lot of them show, or the lack of knowledge of the place they work at can be pretty stressful for the customer's side as well. Overall, I am very glad that The Market at Glen Mor exists.
