SCAMMERS!!! Very bad experience, besides the bad attitude they steal change. My purchase balance was 37.37 and I payed with a $100 bill. He only gave me back $42 back when my change was supposed to be $62. We didn't check the change right away because we went back and purchased more items in a separate purchase. SINCE OUR HANDS WERE FULL, I PUT THE CHANGE IN MY BAG RIGHT AWAY SO I WOULDNT DROP IT, we were standing at the coffee station so we would of noticed if we woulds dropped it.. We realized about the change once we got home and we decided to go back, when we went back we told one of the worker and he got upset, even though I explained to him the whole situation he wasnt even trying to help. He got aggresive right away and said he would have to check cameras, so we said thats fine we would wait for the cameras, then minutes later all of a sudden he said the cameras didnt work, they said "that only the manager can see them" They talked in a diff language in our faced backs so we wouldnt understand them. Then the worker who gave me the wrong change was trying to argue back and forth and started marking up lies saying we payed the 2nd purchase with the missing 20 he owed me. WHEN THE PERSON WHO WAS WITH ME PURCHASED WITH THE MONEY THAT CAME OUT FROM HER OWN WALLET, and said to check the cameras. Ofcourse they knew they were lying and didnt want to show cameras and said they didnt work . NEVER SHOP HERE, the worker also pressed no receipt on screen without even asking me if I wanted one or not. IVE SEEN MANY 7 ELEVENS W/ THE SAME ISSUE ABOUT THE CAMERAS, WHICH ATP SOUNDS LIKE A LIE. I frequent this 7 Eleven store to get my morning coffee and occasionally buy a small pastry. The store is clean and the lady/owner is always very polite. This morning 2/21/20, I bought a small pastry to munch on for my drive back to my house. I took a couple of bites out of the pastry and was horrified to see the underside was green with mold and that I had digested the two bites. I immediately went back to the store and indiscriminately showed the lady and her husband, they apologized and replaced it with another one. Thought I would give this shithole another chance. They charge you 1.89 for Reeses doughnut when it is plainly marked 1.00 here and at other locations . Chili and cheese machine always down though they have nacho chips for sale. Never have boxes for hotdogs they give you flimsy pizza envelopes. Your toppings will fall out.this graveyard employee always locks the door around 445am for about 20 minutes or so.spome to manager who informed me that this is not the policy and doors are to remain unlocked. Covid has been a heretic a turn for everyone, merchants and customers alike. For many years I patronized this location without incident as the people who worked behind the counter were kind and courteous. Suddenly in the last year or so there have been customer service reps behind the counter of a particular nationality who are bias, Prejudice, and downright rude to the customers that frequent the business the most. Myself notwithstanding. This evening marks another horrible experience within this location that led me to stop frequenting it for a long time.Singh the new late-night cashier that has been hired to provide service to customers is awful at best. Since the god-awful change with this particular location and its customer service cashiers Singh has been the constant making the experience when frequenting this location always horrific. I have watched this person neglect customers ready to check out to watch a particular group of people was in the store. His demeanor is always rude and unfriendly.He is a negative presence and energy within the store and I doubt that this is representative of the 7-Eleven brand. Happy very least he needs retraining on top of customer service at the most he should be removed from this location because he sucks. read more
