That said, a friend of mine strongly recommended IVme, and I'm so glad she did. The calming, welcoming vibe here is great to start. It's giving med-spa with the overall aesthetic. I was greeted by the receptionist and given water while I waited. Kayleigh, the nurse injector I met with, was so so great. She made me feel at ease, walked me through the process/any potential questions, and -give my past experience - even broke down the different types of botox and what she'd be using for me specifically. To me, the service itself is of course important, but I also just notice and appreciate when the person providing the service just really feels trusting, and like they care. Personally, I only get units in my forehead and find it to be pretty painless (quick pokes), so I can't speak to other areas for injectables. Pleasant, relaxing, & fairly priced. I'll look forward to the results as they set in over the next week or two. Will report back!

The employee had a short temper and immediately scoffed and watched away saying that the customer was rude when that was not the case. On April 24th, day after a painful surgery... in bed so went online to order. I saw a free 2 hr delivery on top of screen for orders over 35 bucks. Great! Well..I got two of the 6 items really fast. Couldn't use the 2 without the other 4 so called "customer no service". The 2 items I got were 10 bucks each but I was charged 50.10 immediately for 30.00 worth of stuff. Apparently, some items are not eligible? These were very basic things. Got several stories from customer abuse..they also said the store was out of 20 volume developer..ok that's a joke. Nothing made sense. I requested the remainder of items be cancelled and sent a family member to the local store on Ogden here in Milwaukee. She repurchased my items. I have never received a refund for the items I did not get nor the delivery fees. As a matter of fact I was charged for doordash as well as a delivery fee of 8.95 for some kind of two or three day delivery I wasn't interested in. To add to this nonsense, the 19.98 my daughter spent when she went to the location continues to be reposted to my account. It is the end of the the fourth day of the five days they say they can issue refunds.. nothing yet. In addition, I see a $27 and some odd cents charge on my bank account for April 22nd? I was nowhere near any Sally's the day before my surgery I tell you that. There is no record of what I purchased on my online account or anything. Not only have I not received a refunds but I'm being recharged for purchases! I'm even being charged for things I didn't buy! Megan the store manager was absolutely zero help and so combative I had to hang up. In my opinion she has something to do with this. Avoid Sally's beauty supply at all costs at least this location. To add to this nightmare.. any Sally's corporate number you can find online doesn't work. Now I have to spend my recovery time filing complaints with regulatory agencies. I believe criminal, fraudulent activities are going on here. Online shopping opens us up to this BS.

When we were greeted, they gave us a great run down of the space, how to use it and what to expect. I loved that we had different options while we were floating. You could listen to calming music or turn it off, and you could keep the light on or turn it off. Everything is up to your preference. You start and end your session by taking a shower. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are all provided for you. They also offer styling tools like combs and blow dryers if you need to use them after. All you really need to bring is a change of clothes if you want them. I was nervous about being too anxious while floating, but I found the experience super calming. I ended up falling asleep for the last half of my float after turning the lights off. This is definitely something I would love to do again. If you're on the fence, it's worth trying at least once!

I appreciate the attention to detail to help you focus on relaxing.
