Absolutely horrible excuse for a pharmacy, even by Walgreens standards! I avoid Walgreens because they are consistently bad. Unfortunately, I had to call this one about a family member's medication. I've shopped here since I was a kid, the last 3 times I've walked in to purchase my lashes which is directly in front of the cashier, they don't even ask if I need help but press "customer service needed in the beauty department" and the lady who presses it remains behind the counter staring at me. I came in today to grab some items as a customer. I asked if they have towels. They said they do not and I said you guys should think about getting some in a positive way because you have a wide variety shower/hygiene section. Then I walked around the corner and heard one of the two ladies make a smart remark and her tone made it worse because it sounded sarcastic which was received as disrespect. I went on 3/11/2025 at 6:01 PM through the drive through to pick up two different prescriptions. The pharmacy tech was a very young lady. She was not friendly from the very beginning. When I asked if one of the prescriptions was a certain one I was expecting, she gave me attitude and said yes. I had asked because the auto refill on the app. had shown to refill two of the same medications and I only needed one of that one and one of a different medication. I paid, got the two prescriptions and drove off. I immediately noticed, she gave me two of the same prescription. I went began to head back to Walgreens. Meanwhile, the pharmacist called me to tell me the Pharmacy tech had made a huge error and given me the two of the same kind. I went back. The Pharmacy Tech was beyond rude as if it was my fault for her giving me one of the wrong prescriptions. She never apologized. She asked for the wrong one back, I thought it was AGAINST POLICY FOR THEM TO TAKE BACK PRESCRIPTIONS!!! SHE IS HANDING OUT WRONG PRESCRIPTIONS LIKE IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL. This is very concerning to me. Her service was terrible. Hopefully she gets the training she needs or realizes that may not be the profession for her. read more

They have the worst drive through pharmacy pick up I have experienced. You have to wait 40 minutes with three cars just to be seen. When you finally get to the window they are just talking to each other and still make you wait. Horrible customer service and this was the last time going back. If they didn't fill prescriptions they would have been closed years ago. read more

I hope management sees this but there was an extremely helpful woman today that helped me print some flyers today between 10am-12pm, I wish I had got her name but the flyers were for a recent dog I had found and my brain was preoccupied with that. She wore glasses and was working the front desk at the time but helped me by not only walking me through the online process of getting my flyers done but making sure they were done right after I processed the online order. Again I really wish I got her name, but just wanted to compliment such a helpful employee. read more

You won't believe the service in the photography sector. There's a guy there that literally laughs at all my jokes. He has a beard. He is clearly a master of his craft. Additionally, there is a woman that helped my wife and I to no end. I didn't catch her name but it was obvious that she figuratively owns the department and is an authority in her profession. She also laughed at several of my jokes. My wife hates my jokes. Sometimes I wonder if I am funny and then I realize that funny is in the ear of the behold.... wait that's not how it goes. Anyway, I think I would feel terrible if I went to any other Walgreens. It would be similar to going to a different bar or playing fetch with the neighbors dog or using a public toilet... IT JUST WOULDNT feel right. I love this Walgreens. I particularly love the photography dept and for that I must insist they all be granted $10/hr raises or a minimum of $20K to their annual salary. Outstanding pharmacy and efficient photo center. Their pharmacy is incredibly fast, there rarely ever is a line, and the pharmacists really do care. The pharmacists take their time to go through side effects, dosage, how to take the medication, and answer any further questions you may have. I have run into insurance coverage issues as well which they have helped with and resolved quickly. The photo department in this location is wonderful as well. All Walgreens Photo Centers, have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. So if there is any issue with your digital prints or they simply don't turn out that well you can return them for a full refund-- and there is no catch! Their photo center is spectacular I have gotten everything from small photos to giant blow up prints at this location-- all of which have turned out stellar. They are closed today. Just a random Tuesday. I need my medicine. I had 5 to pick yesterday afternoon. They decided not to fill 3 of them because of insurance issues. I was going to have to pay cash. No biggie. I would have. Left with 2, had to go back in 2 hours. Went back to get the rest and my insurance card they didn't give back to me on my first trip. Got home and I'm still missing one. Checked the app. Yup it's still there. Now they are closed today. I guess they're short staffed. Funny thing is the McDonald's next-door, the Dairy Queen and Taco Bell right on the same corner are still open and fully staffed. Are you telling me Walgreens can't seem to handle their staffing problems? Guess not. Maybe Walgreens human resource department should take a lesson from Taco Bell and learn how to hire reliable employees or learn how to treat them better. I really like the store. We switched to this Walgreens because it's closer to our house but the cashiers are rude here and it always takes a super long time to check out. Today I was picking up 2 prescriptions for my husband, we waited over 3 hours to head to the store to pick them up and they still weren't ready and then they couldn't process the insurance correctly. I spent an hour in the store and in the parking lot on the phone with the ins trying to tell them they were entering it incorrectly and then they finally got it to process and the walgreens employee says they need to close for lunch and they would get it ready when they get back in a half hour. I have never had such bad service at a Walgreens before-will not be going to this location in the future. Walgreens needs to send some secret shoppers here and see how poorly ran this store is. read more

Walgreens seems to race to the bottom statewide. The pharmacy does not stock common medications and even when something is available and directly in your line of sight, pharmacy staff will not fulfill it quickly--citing the need to fulfill prescriptions in order. My family has dropped off prescriptions only to wait for hours and only after we approach the counter or call do they let us know the prescription will be fulfilled the next day. The pharmacy used to be good with staying on top of requests to contact the doctor for another prescription, but for the last several months, all they do is fax the request one time but don't follow up. Also, since my doctor's office does not respond to the one fax, I always have to contact the medical assistant to make sure it gets done. For instance,Walgreens sent the fax and sent a text Monday that the prescription was delayed. That was it. When I called for a status on Thurs, they said they already sent a fax (once). The pharmacist here actually gave me a consultation and I felt more confidence about getting my script filled. Well not happy with the Pharmacy my husband has a primary and a secondary insurance and they repeatedly will not bill the secondary insurance and this has cost me a lot of money I spoke with the pharmacy manager and well to my surprise will not refund money and so will no longer get any medication at Walgreens read more

I've always been treated right at this Walgreens, but if it was 24 hour, I would like it a lot better. This is still our go to Pharmacy mainly because of the decent service and proximity to my house. The pharmacist is helpful, and all of the cashiers are nice too. Unfortunately for me and my candy addiction, they have a great selection of candy at good prices. read more

I don't expect much from a drugstore. The staff there is pretty nice but the pharmacy manager is just an embarrassing mess. He regularly, and loudly, announces what medication you are picking up for others to hear. He's also fond of giving you a consult where he talks down to you like you're an ignorant child.
