It's a little bit of a longer drive away from my house, but it's so worth it because everybody is so nice and so so helpful! There's also something about this one that just feels so much safer than the ones closer to my house. It's very calm and there's always more than one person working. First time I've ever been kindly greeted in a Walgreens - such a friendly and helpful employee behind the counter!

I came in to buy some items and tried using the in store discounts. I text myself a code to redeem $5. The store clerk at check stated the rain was making the app funky as she was having issues in the store scanning. She called the manager "Kinda" to manually apply the discount code as the Walgreens app was also not working. And she would not honor the $5 - even after she tried with my phone I. Her hand. Poor inventory management or deceptive business/medical practices. Walgreens Hates Diabetic Patients. Multiple times in the past they have declared my prescriptions "delayed". When I hold them accountable, they magically and immediately find my prescriptions. This last accountability discussion resulted in the pharmacist stating multiple times in our face-to-face conversation he did not want to fill the prescription. When I told him to do what he ethically felt was right, he reluctantly completed the prescription (needles for the diabetic medications he filled earlier). After a display of painful internal turmoil caused by filling the prescription (I say because he was caught in his inventory LIES - for the 5th time), he told me I was no longer allowed to use the pharmacy I have used for 20 years. I realize the pharmacist's behavior was unethical and yes, I'm filling an ethics complaint against him. I do hope that Walgreens Corporate recognizes the unethical and potentially fraudulent pharmaceutical care practices developing at this pharmacy and can intervene before the pharmacy's bad practices (there are multiple) turn out to be criminal or insurance fraud. I'm not advocating going somewhere else, I'm pushing for the customers of Walgreens pharmacies to demand better service and pharmaceutical accountability from their pharmacist at their pharmacies. read more

Horrible people...when we told the punk pharmacist guy how we were treated he just said "huh" and then "okay I gotta go" & hung up!! Idiot!! We then called Walgreens customer service-very nice girl who said the store manager will call us...of course we got no call. I'm literally shaking as I'm writing this. I've never left a review for anything but I'm fuming with rage that I needed to let Walgreens pharmacy & everyone know how shitty this experience was. I've had the same prescription refill for the last few years and this is the first time they can't get it right?! I just had a newborn and 2 surgeries so it's extremely hard to get out of the house. I'm not doing well and this was the last thing that needed to go wrong. I waited in that damn line for 30 minutes both times just to hear them say "it doesn't exist" or "oh it's not ready" after I called it in a full day before! I literally pulled up to window. Guy took my name to pick up my prescriptions that were ready. He left window and did not return for over 10 min to tell me they have lost a prescription. I responded well refill it - to which he stated they couldn't bc the pharmacist wasn't around. 17 min later I got my two prescriptions that were previously texted they were ready. If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Nobody knows what they're doing there. One person tells you your prescription will be ready in ten minutes, then the next person will tell you they are out of stock. I recently had surgery and they had the WHOLE DAY to fill my prescription. I called and they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I called them again and a guy gave me a sob story about how they are short staffed and he SHOULD have it ready by 9. He said SHOULD, not WOULD. I told him I am in excruciating pain and he was a complete dick about it saying there's nothing he could do. WHATEVER YOU DO, do not use this pharmacy. They are absolutely horrendous. Lines are always at least an hour long and the staff is completely clueless. I NEVER leave reviews, even when I have bad experiences. We've had nothing but issues at this pharmacy with prescription refills. I would recommend finding somewhere that more reliable.

The pharmacy here is constantly closed. When prescriptions are sent over by the doctor they are not filled same day like they used to be. Not even next day. At this point you must sit in 30-45 minute long lines in the drive thru and in store (if they're allowing pick up in store) and they will fill your prescription as you pull up and tell them why your there. Grossly understaffed and poor management. Shutting a pharmacy down on random days is ridiculous. When told they would be shifting their hours to try to alleviate some of the issues the pharmacy has been facing and to be able to deliver better service, this has only caused longer wait times and even worse service and a lack of actual service. They now close at 7 and open at 9 or 10 (the hours seem made up as they go at this point.) On one night when I had waited for 45 minutes in a long drive thru line to pick up my daughters medication that they had failed to fill for two days, at 6:45 a man who I'm assuming is the manager came out and told everyone from the 3rd car back that they're closing and we'd have to come back during pharmacy hours. AFTER all of us just sat there forever waiting to be helped. The proper thing would've been to accept no other people in line and finish helping those that were there prior to your closing time. Now today after waiting all day yesterday for them to fill my sons prescription, I go this morning to find them closed again and I can't pick up my sons prescription or transfer it to a different store because of the medication type. So he'll be without. I can't help but wonder how many people this happens to because of this store and their insane business practices of just closing whenever. This store is mismanaged in the worst way. Transfer your prescriptions out of here. It may be conveniently located near your home but I assure you there is absolutely nothing convenient about it. read more

Fast and easy they offer small discounts for members although the membership is not free. If you put your phone number in the system you get all the inshore discounts. You can see them while you wait and they in general are polite.best to order 1/2 amounts as you are frequently prescribed more than you need. read more
