I would think that a multi million dollar company would have better practices with displaying their sample products. Chicken Salad from $3.99/lb to $6.99/lb. The same with all the Deli meats, most produce and everything else. It is as if they purposely are trying to put themselves out of business. Many brands and type of items are no longer available. I have read that their supplier went out of business and they are desperately paying top dollar for everything and passing it on. I now see that other nearby stores are much less expensive and that Marc's no longer offers a reason to go there anymore. With the tariffs looming on the horizon, I don't see how they can stay in business much longer.

For some reason, I was charged a little more for the bonnet that I bought when the price tag had a different price listed. Perhaps this was just a mistake on the cashier's part. I bought the following: Satin Bonnet ($4.39 but I was charged $5.49) and an Edge Control Comb ($2.29). The satin bonnet has been working well for me since I bought it and it stays on my head as I sleep and doesn't fall off. I use the bonnet when I go to bed at night. I don't use the edge control comb often at all because I only bought it to add my total store price to $5 (the store's credit card machine is $5 or more). While I only did a quick browse, this hair store offers a lot of braiding hair and hair products. Service was good except for the random mixup with my final bill.
