He was professional, courteous, friendly, and there was no pressure to purchase nor steering to a higher cost product. Daniel explained the difference between them all, encouraged me to try all of them, and answered my many questions. I did purchase a Temperpedic mattress and I am looking forward to delivery this weekend. Daniel went over all the warranty info in detail.
