Their donut selection is pretty good when in stock. Their sprinkle donuts all taste like cinnamon so beware, I had to throw mine out as I cannot have any. I did notice that their prices are way above Aldi, when they used to be comparable. Nearly twice the price for bacon. Meat is only a good deal if you catch a percentage off sticker. I love that they have toys, a better selection than Target. They have a good "meal" selection by the deli. Meal deal w/ 1 side (jojos or mac n cheese) w/ roll and drink. I don't think the drink machine has ever worked FYI, so if you plan to have a meal inside you have to bring your own. I had the mistake of using points on a free drink and there were no "zero sugar" options, just plain coke, root beer, sparkling water. I have tried to grab a drink well over 10 times at this location and not once was the machine actually stocked, unfortunately. Better off getting panda express across the parking lot.

It used to be my absolute favorite grocery store. Now it seems like the inventory is extremely limited, the prices are beyond ridiculous, ($7.29 for a bag of rolls?) the produce is terrible, and the staff, well, at least some of the newer staff seem unfriendly and unhelpful. What a nightmare. I…read moreplaced an online pickup order to be picked up yesterday from this Aldi location. I received a text that they did not have anyone available to fulfill the order yesterday so it would be running late. No problem! I dont mind coming late as this service is a convenience and I just appreciate not having to spend the extra time in the store myself. This morning I get a text message AND an email that my Aldi order is complete and ready for pickup. Great! I head over the store and bring my dog since they just bring it out to me and I wont have to actually go into the store. I get there and realize that the text stating my order was complete did not come with a link to let the store know I am there (like it usually does). No problem, I can just call the store directly and let them know I've arrived. Well, it turns out that in the name of saving money, Aldi no longer lists the number to stores so I am not able to contact the store directly. Normally I would just head inside at this point and let them know I'm here, but its been unusually hot outside and I had my dog with me (since I was not supposed to have to go inside) and I dont want to leave him in the heat incase they take a while to gather the bags for my order. So now I find a customer support number for Aldi in general and spend almost 30 minutes on the phone with customer service while I contact them, they contact the store, and then they tell me what the store said (efficient, right?) This is when they tell me that although the email, app, and texts say that my order is ready, they do not have my order. Apparently its "stuck in the system" and although every form of communication Aldi has says it's ready and to come pick it up, they dont have it. You might be thinking, what's the big deal? Why not just go drop the dog off and come back and shop for yourself? Great idea! Except the hold on my card is still active. So now I dont have any groceries and I dont have the money to buy the groceries in person, which although would have been annoying considering this whole process has already taken almost an hour of day, would have at least been better than not having groceries or the money for them. I tell this to customer support and instead of them being able to cancel the order and release the hold on my card, they have to "escalate" the issue and I wont get my money back until I hear from the escalation team which will take "at least" 24 hours - possibly more. So now I have no groceries, do not have access to the money to buy groceries, and will have to wait at least a day, probably more in order to get that back. What was the advice from the Aldi Customer Support associate as I ask what I'm supposed to do with no groceries and no money for groceries? "I cannot do anything about that" Nice.

Eagle's Nest children activity center is interesting. I've never seen a child care facility at a grocery before. I'm pretty sure my mom would have used this service back in the day, instead of dealing with me hanging off the cart, pulling crap off the shelves that she wasn't gonna buy. The strategically placed chicken pot pie signage got my attention, so I got one, along with some chicken strips. The good dude behind the counter assured me that the strips were good. He was right. The hot food I picked up was derishus. Pot pie was hearty and flavorful. I'm bummed there's no bottom crust lining the pie tin, but the top crust was delightfully light and flaky. Chicken strips were quite good...seasoned coating and moist bird, not overcooked and dry or sitting way too long in the display case. The gal at the checkout register.
