Matt, the pharmacist, is always so helpful and goes the extra mile to help with any problem. One thing I do not like is that they do not provide any receipt for dropping off packages. They tell me to take a photo of the shipping label. I already have the shipping label at home when I printed it but it does me no good to have a shipping number if for some reason the package never makes it to UPS where it is first scanned. It is not scanned at the store. The Dollar Store down the street is a drop off point for Fed Ex. There, they immediately scan the package and you get an alert on your cell phone that the package has been accepted. Much better security to the customer in my opinion. Wish the UPS drop off experience was better.
