I switched to Bremo after being a CVS client for over 20 years. I was able to easily have my…read moremedications switched over and they delivered the refills on my medications to my door hours after I switched. Bremo provides fantastic service, friendly, unrushed staff, a phone number where you can talk to a human, free delivery, and so much more! They are even able to put your medications in blister packs that have the dates, times of dosage and description of included medication. No longer do I have to wonder if I have taken my medications, if I am double taking my medications or if I have missed multiple days of my medications. I noticed that they also handle medication compounding if you need your or your furry friends medications specially made. Their physical location has a compression clinic, a vaccine clinic, and a fair selection of over the counter medications, supplements and health supplies as well as mobility aids (wheelchairs, rollators and more). I did not see one stuffed animal or bag of chips. It was truly refreshing to be in a pharmacy that seems to be in the business of health, wellness and community care.

After being told to call at a specific timeframe for my prescription, calling as directed, and being told that the prescription would be there that day, I went in to pick it up two days later. Although I received no communication of any problems, there was no record of the prescription and the item had since gone on backorder. I won't belabor this review with all of the ins-and-outs of the experience but suffice it to say that I will not be using this pharmacy ever again due to the way a man behind the counter jumped in to talk down to me. I would have provided 1 star (vs 2) if it hadn't been for the look of compassion on a few other staff members' faces when I noted that I had not done anything that warranted him speaking to me that way. It was not the first time he has taken that kind of attitude. And some of my friends have had similar experiences. I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

One thing I do not like is that they do not provide any receipt for dropping off packages. They tell me to take a photo of the shipping label. I already have the shipping label at home when I printed it but it does me no good to have a shipping number if for some reason the package never makes it to UPS where it is first scanned. It is not scanned at the store. The Dollar Store down the street is a drop off point for Fed Ex. There, they immediately scan the package and you get an alert on your cell phone that the package has been accepted. Much better security to the customer in my opinion. Wish the UPS drop off experience was better.
