I had a prescription good until 11-25-25 for fluticasone.On the 25,put in to refill it on the walgreens app.This was tuesday,on Friday called them and they said it was coming from the warehouse,wold be ready tomorrow around 10:30 am.Saturday about 9am got a notification the prescription wound have to be refilled. Drove to the pharmacy,China,the pharmacist said yes she saw it laying around and it would have to be refilled.Stay away from this place,people are negligent and lazy. read more

They told me my photos would be ready on the 26th. I come back on the 26th i was told they'd be ready on the 28th. Then i come back on the 28th, & they still aren't ready. At this point if you lost the photos then just say that. read more

Now I don't really write reviews because I find it a waste of time but this is needed. This place sucks if you want to get your prescriptions from here. I was supposed to get my birth control so I can take it to the doctor for the shot but never got a notification that it was ready because....Guess what? THEY DONT SUPPORT MY INSURANCE SO THEY WERE NEVER WORKING ON IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND, THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO CALL AND TELL ME SO I CAN HAVE IT TRANSFERRED. So when I called, the worker was very rude and incompetent. When I told her that I was going to call my doctor to have it transferred she said "you do that" like what the hell? So instead of calling and simply saying "hello, I'm sorry, but we don't support your insurance so we can't fill your prescription", they just don't tell you till YOU call THEM, it's like all they're doing is sitting there looking crazy not doing their jobs! So, DO NOT GO HERE FOR PERCEPTIONS, messing with this place made me wanna blow my brains out, good day. read more

REALLY liked this place and can be OK depending on insurance. Been going to Kroger for years and they could not refill one script.. something to do with a shortage. I had to get new insurance and one drug went to $80 for a one month supply. Did my homework and looked at Good Rx and got a 3 month supply at Kroger for $40. Also Kroger has a "club" which costs $36/year for single or $72 for family and even cheaper. Called Walgreen's complained. Was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Shame on you. Most of their people at this location are really nice and helpful. This corporate greed is truly amazing. Beware Walgreen's and do your homework. read more

We came to get our scheduled second Covid dose and waited in the line, had them check our ids and cards. We filled out forms and 20 minutes later they told me they don't have enough shots. Not only did they waste our time but they could've said that when we first came in instead of making us wait all that time, then after asking them to help us get another store that has the vaccine they made us wait an additional 20 minutes to make an appointment at another facility. It's ridiculous that you can have a scheduled appointment but not order enough vaccines to handle your appointments. Worst experience at a Walgreens I've ever had. I chose to do business with this Walgreens on 3 separate occasions. On the first occasion, a prescription was called in by my nurse. They claimed they did not get it. I had it called back in and sent back into the pharmacy. I was given someone else's prescription. I brought it back when I noticed. I had given the rep my license and none of the information on the pharmacy bag matched mine and the prescription was not even accurate. I forgave that because the rep was nice and seemed new. The second occasion, they never "found" my prescription. I gave up. The third time, today, I went in to receive my Covid booster. The representative asked for my insurance information so I gave her my card. She typed into the computer mumbling as if she was frustrated. She handed me my card back and said I can't do anything with this as if I could not receive a service. (It was a short oriental looking lady with a bob haircut and glasses) Then she went in to say that I should not have given her that card and that it's useless information for her. I asked her what I should bring instead she said not that one. I cancelled my appointment. I refuse to have people this nasty and incompetent shoot anything into my body. I suggest anyone looking to use this service to go to the next available office. I'll try my luck somewhere else. The third time is the charm and I am driving to the next business. If I could give them a zero I would. Every single time I go in this raggedy store it's an issue with the photo department. One they are lazy. Always stuffing their faces with food, have an attitude, not knowledgeable about shit!!! Today was the last straw. Got in there to pick up cards I had made online to be printed and they were looking goofy as usual stating they couldn't find them. They should shut this location down. A nurse called in a prescription with 17 minutes until they closed for an elderly patient who dearly needed antibiotics. The pharmacist replied in a nasty manner, hands and arms waving about, that they would "work" until the pharmacy closed. After turning my back they began closing the gate. Keep in mind I was not abruptly rude towards the pharmacy staff. 17 minutes before the pharmacy closed is long enough to fill two prescription. The pharmacist is not concerned at all about his patients. Absolutely revolting. read more
