After leaving feedback on a survey about my negative experience the pharmacist confronted my daughter as she was picking up medication. Instead of apologizing the woman told my daughter and then me that we shouldn't get my medicine from there anymore if I was unhappy with the service!! Unbelievable! Maybe oddly, the only thing I've never gone here for is pharmacy needs. The soda shoppe inside here has a lunch counter like you might find in historical photos of 1960s America, and they make great shakes and floats. For the first time this week, I was there during the lunch hour and was able to try the food. I had a chicken salad sandwich and cup of chili. Both were very tasty; enough to have me thinking about when I can go back for lunch again. The woman working the counter was very helpful and kind in walking me thru the menu options, and the pricing was good. The gift shop area is currently featuring fall-themed items (think pumpkin-flavored and turkey-themed treats and decor). However there is still a large sampling of items without the fall theme. Honestly, just browsing the gifts is a great way to get ideas when looking for something for someone special.
