I visited Walgreens today to print photos during their 50% off photo promotion. I asked an employee, Michael, who mentioned he was new, how to apply the discount. He wasn't sure and called for the store manager. I waited about 10-15 minutes, but the manager never came. Since I understand the holiday season can be busy, I decided to shop in the meantime using a 20% coupon I had. About an hour later, I returned to check out and asked about my instant-print photos. Michael told me they still weren't ready because he didn't know how to operate the photo equipment, and he also didn't know why the coupon wasn't working. Another employee in the store said they couldn't help either. Michael called the manager again, and once again I waited -- but Jennifer never came. In the end, I paid full price for my items and left the store without my photos because no one was able to process them. My concern is how the company allows new employees to work without proper training, and how the manager seems unavailable to support either the staff or customers. I went with my girlfriend to this pharmacy and couldn't believe the difference in customer service between this Walgreens and the pharmacy that I go to in Naples. (Which is not a Walgreens) Her Pharmacist is rude and seems to purposely withhold medication prescribed by her doctor. His tone and demeanor is condescending and obviously does not care about the patient and acts like he knows what is best for her in a mocking tone. My pharmacist is so happy to help me while hers keeps giving her a hard time every month when she goes to pick up her prescriptions. This behavior from the pharmacist gives her anxiety every month which is so unnecessary. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. The pharmacist's behavior is totally unacceptable. read more

The store is short staffed but overall staff is friendly. Pharmacy staff has improved over the past few years and is much more helpful. The pharmacist named Tom is really nice and helpful. I have also had a few vaccines here and that was easy and staff was nice. Still could use some improvement in wait times for meds. read more

I live locally and used this pharmacy for a while. Service was so slow that I moved all my scripts to Winn Dixie. Still have to use this location for other things though, and they are chronically understaffed, don't even think to assist each other in the pharmacy, and have no customer savvy at all. It is not uncommon for it to take 30 minutes to get through the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of you, and it's just as bad inside. Stay far away during season, as it's way worse then. I have no idea why they refuse to hire more staff, but do yourself a favor and fill your scripts elsewhere. read more

Very poor experience at Walgreens, San Marco rd today. Used drive thru to pIck up a prescription. Very rude Customer Service. He was either the store manager or pharmacy manager. Guess he was filling in for the staff. Very abrupt and rude. No greeting just interrupted me as I gave him my name with a request for birthdate. Acted very irritated with the whole process. Terrible service from the pharmacist today. The staff is usually very helpful. I am waiting for my Rx between waiting on line and waiting for it, it's been well past 2 hours! I usually leave my Rx but today I need it and I am Still Waiting!! Very Unprofessional!! I am sitting right here and I just got a text that my Rx is ready to be picked up! Very bad customer service in the pharmacy. They completely ignore drive-ups. Tried hitting the buzzer on the outside, waving, and finally honked the horn once before driving off. Pharmacists is too busy filling prescriptions and ignores customers, same with the others in the pharmacy. Walgreens is too cheap to staff the pharmacy right; and customers pay the price. This store needs serious help! Whoever manages this Walgreens should be fired immediately. The employees are literally picked from the bottom of the barrel and they are deliberately rude or genuinely don't care. Not a day I've been in there and felt like an employee cared. I sat at the counter for 20 minutes one time waiting for a cashier just to see how long it would take. This place is a dump!!! Find another drug store on the island! read more

The pharmacy was closed when I went to pick up my prescription. The (manager, I believe-he was working in the photo department) told me that all walgreens are connected and that I could pick up my prescription at the Collier store. Thank heavens he told me that as I really needed to start the cycle for the flu. read more
