I went to upload my photo on Ireland's passport web site and was told "Your photo has failed to meet the required standards.". So I went back the next day. A store manager helped me this time. What I noticed is that on the computer when selecting a country for the passport, Ireland was not an option. She tweaked my photo and gave me a new USB stick. I tied to upload this image again and received the same message stating my photo was a fail. So I had to go back to Walgreens today, for the 3rd time. Upon entering the store I asked the cashier for help in the photo department. It took at least 10 minutes for somebody to show up. I think 2 people were working this entire store. This woman today to was of zero help. She knew nothing about passport photos. I demanded my $25 back & went to CVS. CVS had the option "Ireland " for the passport photo!!!! Bottom line, if you need a photo for an Irish passport go to CVS.

He wasn't sure and called for the store manager. I waited about 10-15 minutes, but the manager never came. Since I understand the holiday season can be busy, I decided to shop in the meantime using a 20% coupon I had. About an hour later, I returned to check out and asked about my instant-print photos. Michael told me they still weren't ready because he didn't know how to operate the photo equipment, and he also didn't know why the coupon wasn't working. Another employee in the store said they couldn't help either. Michael called the manager again, and once again I waited -- but Jennifer never came. In the end, I paid full price for my items and left the store without my photos because no one was able to process them. My concern is how the company allows new employees to work without proper training, and how the manager seems unavailable to support either the staff or customers. Overall, I left very disappointed.
