I had a wonderful experience at CVS Pharmacy. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were patient, kind, and made me feel welcome. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the care they provide to their customers. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant! I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy. read more

This CVS was a good place to stop while looking for scotch tape. They actually had some left, and I was able to purchase a couple of last minute gift cards. This saved a trip to another store trying to find tape. The same thing happened last year, but I ended up having to go to more than one store searching for scotch tape. Thank you CVS! The store is fairly large, clean and it has a good selection of products. The checkout line was fast and efficient too. I have had no dealings with their pharmacy, so I can't speak for that, but the store has decent parking and is easy to access from two main roads. If you need shampoo, aspirin for a headache or scotch tape on Christmas Eve, I recommend stopping here. read more

Cvs.com sent me a message that my Photo order was ready to pick up. They are a 25 minute drive from me downtown old Naples to Collier Cvs, but they are the only ones that now do photos on mugs same day service. I drove all the way there to get my order and they told me it's not ready . But I could wait 25 minutes to get it. Then it happened to me again they told me my order was ready and I called first to check. They said no it is not ready. It will not be ready till 5 o'clock and this is 1 o'clock when I'm calling. . Even though I got a email message telling me it was I'm glad I didn't drive 25 minutes there to find out it wasn't ready.. and nobody answers the phone. They say the store is closed when they're out on lunch so I waited for two hours to call back and they could not help me. They said it will not be ready till 5 o'clock even though the email confirmation said it was ready now. read more

I always liked this pharmacy until just running into a pharmacy school intern who was ridiculously unfriendly and rude. Could not talk to him as he was an arrogant punk. If the store wants his name I'd be happy to provide it. Otherwise, a word to other customers, don't go in, in a good mood because you'll leave in a bad one. read more

I'll be having my prescription transferred to Publix from now on because what I've experienced from pharmacist Cody is beyond disrespectful and disgusting. I came in to pick up my prescription in 6800 Collier Blvd in Naples and I had left my phone in my car where Cody cursed me out and demanded that I grab my phone, when I told him that I never needed to provide my phone with me, he told me to "GO GET YOUR F**KING PHONE!" and when I refused, he walked away from me and another employee had to give me the prescription. I was beyond embarrassed and upset as there were customers behind me that witnessed what happened. I was so shocked that I wrote his name down while leaving and got the address of this location. I've also placed a call into corporate for this matter and I hope to God that this is taken care of because it's a horrible look on CVS as a company. This individual deserves to be fired for how nasty he was and I'll never be coming back to this pharmacy. This is disgusting and that's no way to treat an old patient. I've been coming here for over 20 years now and I've never dealt with something like this in my life. I hope no one has to go to this location and experience this from this man. I'd leave 0 stars if I can, this is beyond unacceptable and this must be dealt with immediately before this man hurts someone else. I won't be returning here! read more

Poor service when trying to get passport photos. The attendant literally told me he doesn't have time for it even though I was the only customer getting photos. No one was in line to pay, nothing. Maybe he was having a bad day, which is fine, but when I checked out with a manager and told her what transpired and how customer service should be better, especially when every experience counts, she just shrugged her shoulders. So, yea, me who has photos of myself, my family, and my kids that I haven't printed out and need to, won't be doing it at CVS. That's for sure. read more

Horrible service! Dr called in Rx week ago and still not ready. Drive thru is always closed and nobody works with any purpose. Lines are horrible for Rx. Pharmacy staff is telling people to transfer to Publix for proper service. Disgusting!!! read more

Today I spent over THREE hours on hold in total - hanging up each time after a hour each time. I understand that can be busy and being put on hold for a reasonable amount of time. To me, three times, of over a hour each time is unacceptable. The last few times, it has been taking longer and longer to speak with a Pharmacist to get a very specific prescription refilled. This does not sit well with me since previously we've had good service. read more

CVS Pharmacy - On hold for over 1 hour 28 minutes. - Drugstores Near Me - Naples, Florida

One of the worst pharmacy's in Naples. They are extremely rude Band incompetent. I complained to the manager about the young rude women in the pharmacy department. A day later the CVS employee called me at my HOME, yelling and screaming to complain that I reported her to her supervisor ! If I were her supervisor I fired her! This is the caliber of employees hired at CVS. An absolute psycho, working behind the pharmacy counter! Absurd! Unfortunately, Walgreens across the street is no better! Walgreens at Rt.41 & Collier, equally incompetent. the pharmacy picks up the phone then they put you on hold and you never hear from them again. Perhaps there licenses from both CVS & Walmart should be stripped, they are not a service to the community. I haven't heard a good word about either of these pharmacies in Naples or Marco Islsnd . How do these people stay in business???? Guess I'll try Walmart, perhaps Walmart will put them out of business! read more

I have to say this was the most bizarre experience. Admittedly it would take a bit of work for the pharmacist to transfer a prescription I needed but they just didn't do it. The pharmacist admitted to purposely not answering the phone from customers nor docs calling in prescriptions. Only the docs get a chance to leave a voicemail. The pharmacy takes a mid day break for lunch. I had to get there face to face because they don't answer the phone. But because this was a recent change to hours, not published, and a unusual practice it took two trips. Only to find out they didn't do their job and I am out of luck. What a place. Avoid at all cost. read more

They will set up deliveries to be made during their lunch hour when they are "not open". The drivers are not tipped and paid $6. They are told they are not employees then told to wait an hour. To. Deliver. Their. Prescriptions. To. Their. Customers. For. $6. And. No. Tip. 1-2pm delivery is a lie. They inconvenience the customers, and the severely underpaid courier. What a joke. If you are able to get prescriptions from the downtown Naples store off 9th, they will accommodate their 1-2pm slot. This place, will do the least amount possible. Run. read more

This pharmacy located at 6800 Collier Blvd, Naples Florida is beyond poor. They misinformed me and told me they are not a Medicare assignment pharmacy. This morning Medicare said they are listed as a Medicare assignment pharmacy. As I write I am sitting in the pharmacy area. They now tell me they cannot submit to Medicare because prescription was filled in June and is no longer in their system! I am still trying to resolve this. I paid out of pocket $480.98. Meanwhile I have Medicare parts A&B including prescription coverage thru Silver scripts and The Empire plan. I HAVE FULL COVERAGE yet I'm out $480.98 cents because I was misinformed by staff here who are present today. Beware of any advice given. If I could post ZERO I WOULD! read more

Quite reasonable but staffing--admittedly during Christmas week 2022-was limited so that nobody answers phone until slow times near closing.

God help you if you need your Rx in a hurry. It can take way more than 24 hours to get the script filled. Then when you go to pick it up there are at least 10 people in front of you waiting to pick up their meds. While the staff is friendly and courteous, their systems and processes are useless. A tech should not have to look through 10 different bins to find your prescription. When all seems lost, they go to the computer which only delays things more. A guy in front of me told me he had been in line for 45 minutes. A word to the wise: go to Publix or Walgreens. read more

I just was in there. No one else was in line. Took her 5 minutes to acknowledge me she was looking for somethingThen after my transaction I said oh I forgot stamps do you have any? Couple people came on line and I let them go ahead meanwhile she never paged the manaver Finally the manger adresses me and they didnt even have stamps they ran out. Unfortunately I will have to agree with several of the posts regarding costumer service and competency being subpar. It's not happening. I'm going to Walgreens now read more

The pharmacy is very understaffed which causes prescriptions delayed for several days and the wait time in line is long. I have waited up to 15-20 minutes to pick up my prescription. Go elsewhere. After receiving an automated message that my prescription was ready, my wife was told by the pharmacy cashier that the medication was out of stock and was available at the Pine Ridge Location. No, they don't deserve even one star! Nasty personnel and of course can't call them on the phone. Just left CVS #7899 pharmacy in Naples, FL where ,after standing in line for about 5 minutes, the store manager came out and announced that the pharmacy would be closing for lunch for 30 minutes-really?? The whole pharmacy?? Couldn't get a straight answer as to why the whole group had to go on lunch at the same time other that it was company policy. Lousy customer service to say the least. Can't stagger employees lunches so some of them could continue to service customers? There's always Walgreens and Rite Aid. read more

Rude, disorganized and just plain inconsiderate. The pharmacy "loses" prescriptions and can't give even a remotely accurate time to pick-up. Closing drive thru when they aren't busy and when you go in the store, there's pharmacy staff standing around talking to each other. The worst thing I have experienced, however, is calling worried about a prescription being on hold for what feels like 15-20 minutes and then having someone hang up on me. I'll give you my experience today. As an example I went when I thought the drive-through would be pretty calm. I didn't feel well. I get up there and they've closed the drive-through again. I go inside and wait in line behind two people for a significant period of time. Only one person was helping us. Three staff members were joking and laughing in appeared to be having a great time. The staff member who was helping customers was not even looking us in the eye he was mumbling. Can I help you! It was obvious he would rather be anywhere else. The Covid excuse is over guys. Yesterday, I called this pharmacy to check if my medication was in stock. At first the pharmacist stated it was in stock and then said we only have 10 pills in stock. My level two medication script was about to expire so I returned here to get the limited amount. After waiting several minutes with no one in the drop off line, the female CVS pharmacy assistant said they don't have it in stock. I said I called 20 minutes ago and it was partially in stock and showed her my phone log which she didn't bother looking at as she was extremely rude and had no explanation as why the pharmacist would have lied to me. She said "You could try to call another CVS location"...Um, thanks for your assistance. When I asked what the cost would be she said "$200, but if I had part B medicare it would cover the entire cost"..Um, not likely. What if I have my own RX coverage? "We can't tell you your price until after the vaccine is given."...Um, are we still in the computer age? I will never trade at CVS again.
