The young lady who helped, Jess, explained how her back was broken as a teenager and cbd helps her move through the day with less pain. She was friendly, informative and just makes such a pleasant "visit". I had an extended stay in Virginia and used SUNMEDS website to have some shipped to me there. I made a subscription service. Unfortunately, I was locked out of my account to change my address back to Naples. I sent an email but no follow up on corporate's end. 2 bags of treats were shipped to VA. I called and Jess stepped up and got the help I needed to change my address. After I get this next bag, I'll probably cancel so I can make monthly visits to their shop! My daughter bought some mild gummies for her husband who has occasional sleep paralysis and I believe they help. I've been assisted by other people at the shop as well. Gunner is especially helpful too. They all have pups and so their advice is based on experience and I appreciate that. Just a great place to do any Cbd shopping you need. For example, one of the clerks rarely raises his head from his cell phone. I asked him for a supplement that I read about online, it's supposed to help heal your back muscles when you overdo. He had never heard of the supplement, so I pulled it up on my cell phone to show him. He looked up the name, said Vitamin Shoppe didn't sell it, neither did a pharmacy. I thought this was a strange answer, since I wasn't looking for an OTC medication, I was in a vitamin store looking for a supplement. He didn't look up any additional information or offer to order it, which was disappointing. Most vitamin store clerks look up alternatives if they don't sell what you want. He immediately went back to his cell phone, so ok. The store is clean, and they have a decent selection of products, they also offer some deals, although most everything they had for a BOGO was sold out. Parking is good and the store is in a busy location, but there are other vitamin stores who offer better customer service.
