Three things stood out to me here. 1) The sell in bulk When I say bulk, I mean: Amounts from 1/2oz to a bale (160oz)! Yes you read that right. 2) No medical marijuana card needed! In Florida!? For example, one of the clerks rarely raises his head from his cell phone. I asked him for a supplement that I read about online, it's supposed to help heal your back muscles when you overdo. He had never heard of the supplement, so I pulled it up on my cell phone to show him. He looked up the name, said Vitamin Shoppe didn't sell it, neither did a pharmacy. I thought this was a strange answer, since I wasn't looking for an OTC medication, I was in a vitamin store looking for a supplement. He didn't look up any additional information or offer to order it, which was disappointing. Most vitamin store clerks look up alternatives if they don't sell what you want. He immediately went back to his cell phone, so ok. The store is clean, and they have a decent selection of products, they also offer some deals, although most everything they had for a BOGO was sold out. Parking is good and the store is in a busy location, but there are other vitamin stores who offer better customer service. That said, the young guy who works here is helpful, and he offered a discount on my recent purchase.

They have excellent multivitamins and tons of supplements in various forms, i.e. sublingual and liquid which are more absorbable for people who are not able to absorb tablets. I usually order online and either pick up in store or get delivery. The last delivery took way too long, so I will just pick up in store from now on since the snowbirds are gradually leaving. More and more cars being covered by the day. Value is good. The Vitamin Shoppe brand is really good and they have BOGO and other specials.

I administered the medicine and she immediately vomited it up. Tried again and the same thing happened. Put it in her food too!! Will not eat her food! I went back explaining and they just said we can add a little more chicken flavor! That did not work! They were not sorry at all charging me $89.00. For about 2 ounces of the medicine!! How can people run a business without compassion! I will NEVER do business with people who sell a medicine that they know the animal will not take it! I usually find people in Naples very understanding but but they are certainly not one of them! It's all about the money!
