Spoke to the checkout leader and produce department and they could not understand what was actually supposed to be on sale. 15 minutes later they were able to try a salad kit and the discount applied to it. They need to either train their employees better at this location or post correct signage.

That said, it's nice to shop a store where you know the foods are healthy and everything is done for consumer satisfaction, as well as knowing the ingredients are ethically sourced with sustainability for the environment. This does take grocery shopping to another level. This store is large, clean and full of so many different items, it's fun checking out the products. As far as pricing, on a recent trip, I was surprised to see many items are priced the same or lower than what I'm buying at other stores. The employees are helpful and I appreciate their carts! They are easier to manage than the clunky ones that most stores have. Parking is generous and it's nice being able to find a spot fairly quickly and getting on with your day. As a long time Whole Foods shopper, this chain has gotten even better over time. They are one step above the others and they keep making innovative changes. Tamiami Trail has a lot of great stores including Whole Foods.

From the owner: This simple goal, to try and source affordable CBD products set in motion a chain of events that…read moreeventually led to the creation of The Greeen House. On our site you will find high quality CBD products at honest prices, no gimmicks, just good value. Our aim is to be the number 1 choice for affordable CBD products in the USA. We think purchasing CBD products can be very confusing at times, so many companies are using all sorts of marketing strategies and buzz words to mislead and over inflate the price of their products - we don't believe this is right, there's an easier way, there's a fairer way, that's where we come in. With The Greeen House, you won't get a fancy box or a snappy marketing slogan, false claims or confusing advertising, you will simply get a high quality CBD product at what we think is a very fair price, and we believe this is all the consumer wants. One final thing we must say is that in the USA it is illegal for any sellers of CBD products to make any medicinal claims, give medical advise or recommendations. We always ensure we abide by these regulations. We also ensure that the companies we work with produce ethically sourced products and that they test the products they produce fully and to the highest possible standards.

First, the customer service is lacking. Most of the time, associates don't acknowledge me at all when I walk up. I usually end up standing there for about five minutes before anyone even says anything, and then it takes additional time for them to get ready to make the sandwich. It just doesn't feel welcoming. The process itself is also all over the place. Sometimes associates ask what I'd like, other times I have to jump in and tell them. I recently found out sandwiches can be toasted--no one had ever mentioned that before. Some associates spread condiments, others don't. There's no standard, which makes the experience confusing every time I visit. Another issue is that no one wears a name badge, so there's no way to recognize or thank someone who does a good job--or even know who helped you. Pricing is probably the most frustrating part. The sign clearly says there's a $5.99 meal deal that includes chips and a drink, and that the sandwich alone is $4.99. However, every time I order, I'm either charged $5.99 just for the sandwich or $4.99 plus extra for chips and a drink. It never rings up the same way twice, and no one explains why. It feels misleading and confusing. Overall, the experience feels disorganized. Between the lack of acknowledgment, inconsistent preparation, missing name tags, and unclear pricing, it just doesn't feel like a welcoming or well-managed environment. I'd really like to keep coming here regularly, but something needs to change.
