On 4/17/26 I went to get a car wash, and my car ended up getting damaged. The back part where the emergency light is held together was ripped off. I filled out an Incident form that was provided by one of the employees (female-who works inside). The male employee who handles the car wash (outside) took pictures. I was told the manager will call me within 24-48 hours. NO ONE CALLED. I have called Pump & Munch several times to NO AVAIL. NO one picks up the phone. I am now resorting to leaving this review and will escalate the matter. read more

The man was very nice but my windshield on the inside was filthy. The spots on my white car can come off rubbed with a Kleenex, they were all over my car when I left. I paid $40 and a $20 tip and am very disappointed. I won't be going back again. read more

I was made a car wash member without my consent. They told me the attendant must have pressed the wrong buttons. I was there in October, so I assume that's when it happened. I am on a paperless statement from my bank and Credit Catd company and didn't notice until recently that for the last 4 months I was charged $42.70 each month by this Pump and Munch. I blocked them from taking any more money out of my credit card. Now I have filed a dispute to get $128.10 refunded. I did the dispute with my credit card company and also went into the store to speak with someone about this situation. He looked my vehicle up in their computer and saw that I was there in October, but I haven't been back since. I live 12 miles away and would never have a carwash membership this far from my home. Sometimes the brushes don't work. Same is true with the vacuums. But overall, good prices on gas.

I have been going here for 2-3 years. I have the monthly car wash plan. I can just roll in gas up, vacuum my car (they have dozens of vacuum stations) and roll through the car wash. They have a convenience store as well to pick up drinks and food. The staff is super friendly and the bathrooms are clean. read more

There always seem to be a feature not working, one time its the tire polish another its a rotating rag or the triple foam is not as strong as the t\previous time. Drying the car is always very sub par. read more

There's always something not working in the car wash... Been using this car wash for 6 months and only because it's like impossible to cancel my membership... I think the next step is to go to my bank and change my credit card but then I got to change it for every bill that I have set up automatically.. so what a huge pain in my butt... That's the only reason why I haven't canceled it after the first month... And there's so many people that use this car wash facilities like the vacuum cleaners and they don't even have a membership... I hate using places that people take advantage of...
