I have yet to use the bathrooms but my dad and I come here for frozen yogurt and we were sitting down and eating when I was looking around and noticed how clean the floors were. There is a nice selection of drinks, beers, and snacks. You can't go wrong with the frozen yogurt. I can't remember the exact price but it is unlimited toppings and yogurt for under $10. That is a steal. I am a big fan of froyo so I couldn't help but give 5 starts for the froyo, cleanliness and Ed & Jessica. I just had crown work at the dentist and wanted to treat myself with frozen yogurt. My favorite sea salt caramel pretzel flavor had been out on my last visit a month or so ago. I decided to check again and was elated when I saw the flavor back on the wall. I pulled the handle but nothing came out. I held it down and then when it went back up, a small dollop came out. I tried this again and again and only had a few sad lumps in my cup. I went to the front and told Ed what was going on and asked if he could help. I said no worries though if not, I don't want to be a bother. He said that it wasn't a problem and started trying to fix the machine. He was actually putting forth good effort unlike most employees elsewhere. Nowadays, it is very hard to find motivated employees or they would have taken the easy way out and stayed behind the counter. Ed was enthusiastic about helping me. He then got the attention of Jessica who came over to assist in helping. She was smiling and was also truly trying to get the machine fixed. I was shocked as I know the employees don't make much money yet they were kind and friendly and eager to help me. Jessica eventually got it fixed and I expressed how happy I was and how grateful I was for her assistance. She loudly said yayyyyy when it was fixed and I gladly joined in! What a great team. They deserve to be acknowledged for going the extra mile.

FRANK IS THE BEST! (saying this first so it doesn't get lost in the shuffle of the rest of this…read morereview) Came here early on a weekday morning to grab a cake and have balloons blown up for my nephew's birthday. Compared to Walmart, their cake selection is AWESOME! If you're looking for a quick last-minute cake - you'll find something that matches what you're looking for here. Whether it's a simple one-tier cake to look like a watermelon or a hamburger or a sweet tart cake, you'll find something here! They have a crap-ton of BOGO (Buy One, Get One for free) deals on so many things. Self-checkout was a breeze as well! Filling up balloons that you bring in will cost you about $1.49/balloon. Helium is not cheap nowadays - just FYI. We initially brought in about 50 balloons to fill up but Frank, who helped us set the expectation and stated it would take too long to fill up so we opted for 15 balloons. He was so friendly & accommodating that I knew I was going to write this review. I don't normally write reviews for grocery store chains but gotta give credit where it's due. After Frank was done filling our balloons and we were headed out, one of the balloons got loose and drifted up to the ceiling. Unfortunately, it was a balloon that we bought so he couldn't just give us the exact same one. He tried to get it down for us along with other employees seeing us struggling. He finally got it down but there are spikes on the ceiling for this reason and our balloon suffered a puncture. They had a similar balloon in stock (different color) & Frank gave that to us - no charge! Sooooooo... long story to say - FRANK is GREAT & although I am from the West Coast, I can see why people like Publix. Great employees like Frank would keep my family & I coming back.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! There was a…read morepower surge on Thursday. This location was completely shut down due to that fact. Noted! But today is Sunday. They have blocked off most of the entrances to the parking lot! So you can imagine the chaos. Their claimant is that they had a power surge causing the entrances being blocked? Seriously???? No! They are trying to control the number of shoppers! Why? Because the shelves in all the cold areas are completely empty! No food! Unless you want a cake! And they want to stay open and make money off the other crap. My thought is this Walmart/Sam's is a multi- billion dollar company. You can't get up and running to capacity in 3 days?! Cop out! So you block off entrances is your answer to this and create problems? I am calling BULLSHIT! It absolutely does nothing to complain to Walmart corporation on ANY problems. Their thought is we don't take or react to complaints. It is obvious stance they take , you don't like it here ...leave! This particular location is pretty messed up in general. Small store, less merchandise and high prices. I have always found it convenient because I live not a block away. Retail in Naples in general is pretty sketchy! The stores Walmart, Target and Sam's have hiring problems . Which produces chaotic , dirty stores, and no organization. And this is Naples! The town of beautiful streets and beach houses. Frustration!!!

I recently got a Sam's Club membership and have had my Costco membership for over 20 years. While…read morethis is the only Sam's I have gone to, I can write that this is NOT Costco. While the store is neat, parking ample, gas station never crowded (and $7 car wash a must), they cater to more of an Hispanic community with many of the choices in can goods and spices. They do not try to go for the unusual gourmet type items that Costco carries. They do have the basics and I will note as a health conscious family, the Gary's Quick Steaks in the Frozen section are phenomenal and healthy (drain the fat) if your like Italian type beef. Meat is good, especially the Baby Back Ribs. However, all in all I go there for the staples. One more thing their app that enables you to scan your purchases and not wait in a check out line is great....BUT you still have to wait in line to exit the store which to me kind of defeats the purpose of using the app.

It's you're basic everyday 7 Eleven, but what makes this place great in particular is the convenience it offers nearby tourists. Anyone staying at the hotels across the street has immediate access to all of the snacks, treats and drinks 7 Eleven offers. That's huge because there isn't a whole hell of alot near the hotels. Food options in particular are very limited. Oh yeah, I also loved the fact that they offered gas at a reasonable price. I'm definitely a fan of this place.
