The lines move quickly and greatly decreased the wait time! Not once waited in line with more than dozen fill up yet! Many times, staff offered helping hands but I quickly declined! Some nearby gas stations are posting $4.99 a gallon for Diesel. I paid $3.39 a gallon for Costco Brand regular today! Inflation is here to stay. You must watch what you spend. Joe, the GM, Robert, the assistant manager, and Germain, the sales team leader, handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine concern. They repeatedly checked on me, offered me a place to stay dry, made sure I was comfortable, and helped me contact a tow truck. Germain personally made the call, confirmed the price, and even followed up when the truck was taking longer than expected. What could have been a miserable experience was made much easier because of the way this team treated me. Their customer service went far beyond what was required, and their leadership and teamwork clearly show. Ownership should be proud to have Joe, Robert, and Germain representing this location. They have 3 different pre soak stations which can get busy so you end up having to wait if you want to use this, mostly moves quick. There are three lanes with self service machines however one is for members only and the other two usually have an attendant there to get you to sign up for a membership. I definitely think for the price a membership is the way to go if you plan on even going more than once a month however this place hasn't sold me on wanting to come here often. The first few times the attendant has been very nice and even provided me with a wet wipe, this last time he wouldn't I guess because I didn't want to sign up for a membership and perhaps it's for MEMBERS ONLY. I also felt like they don't give you enough time to look at the prices however I decided to do their "Better" wash which is the 2nd to cheapest $20 to see the difference between the "Basic" $10 I didn't notice anything special except for my tires having extra oil of some sort dripping on the rim which I had to wipe clean.. they're located in a busy area so usually they are pretty busy during the weekends but each time during the week I have been able to get a spot to take my time cleaning my car.

The prices were fair, not too expensive so that was good for me. I'm just glad they had change machines, vending machines and vacuums that actually worked. It wasn't too busy and had everything done in less then an 30 minutes. Kind of creepy at night though because it's so open on Collier Blvd and traffic dies down by 9pm. But this place was good, nothing special, but convenient.

I have brought my cars there for many years and have always been pleased with the services and the friendly personnel. In addition, I have often recommended this car wash to local family and friends. Today however, was a shocking experience. The person that was running the front end, Jason, asked me what services I wanted, and I told him immediately that I wanted only the basic exterior and interior service. He tried to up sell to the other more costly offerings, which I declined. He was extremely aggressive in his sales approach, repeatedly pushing for extra services'. At one point Jason came up with the punitive question, "you mean you don't want the bugs off your car?". Out of exasperation I finally said to him, "I want what I want, just give me the basic full service". He inexplicably took offense to this and said he wasn't going to wash my car and that I should leave and never come back! I refused to leave and eventually got my car washed there with the help of the young woman at the register. I enjoyed a successful career in sales and sales management, so I understand the desire to "sell up". This process, however, should never be done in a overly aggressive way. Jason's entire approach and actions were totally unwarranted and should be unacceptable to any business owner. That said, I would be happy to discuss this situation with anyone in this organization. I would like this situation to evolve into an overall positive outcome. By the way, take a look at Nicole's one-star review on June 19th, just five days ago. It looks like Super Suds is turning away business (literally) when a customer does not want to upgrade. The "salespeople" (Jason?) are probably heavily incentivized to sell up and are punished if they don't. Incredibly, they are willing to turn away business in order for their percentage of up-sells to look good. Such a flawed system.
