They have blocked off most of the entrances to the parking lot! So you can imagine the chaos. Their claimant is that they had a power surge causing the entrances being blocked? Seriously???? No! They are trying to control the number of shoppers! Why? Because the shelves in all the cold areas are completely empty! No food! Unless you want a cake! And they want to stay open and make money off the other crap. My thought is this Walmart/Sam's is a multi- billion dollar company. You can't get up and running to capacity in 3 days?! Cop out! So you block off entrances is your answer to this and create problems? I am calling BULLSHIT! It absolutely does nothing to complain to Walmart corporation on ANY problems. Their thought is we don't take or react to complaints. It is obvious stance they take , you don't like it here ...leave! This particular location is pretty messed up in general. Small store, less merchandise and high prices. I have always found it convenient because I live not a block away. Retail in Naples in general is pretty sketchy! The stores Walmart, Target and Sam's have hiring problems . Which produces chaotic , dirty stores, and no organization. And this is Naples! The town of beautiful streets and beach houses. While the store is neat, parking ample, gas station never crowded (and $7 car wash a must), they cater to more of an Hispanic community with many of the choices in can goods and spices. They do not try to go for the unusual gourmet type items that Costco carries. They do have the basics and I will note as a health conscious family, the Gary's Quick Steaks in the Frozen section are phenomenal and healthy (drain the fat) if your like Italian type beef. Meat is good, especially the Baby Back Ribs. However, all in all I go there for the staples. One more thing their app that enables you to scan your purchases and not wait in a check out line is great....BUT you still have to wait in line to exit the store which to me kind of defeats the purpose of using the app.

We looked at meat, but just didn't find anything today. We went to the self checkout and were assisted by a very friendly young man who offered to help us. Sure! As far as pricing, on a recent trip, I was surprised to see many items are priced the same or lower than what I'm buying at other stores. The employees are helpful and I appreciate their carts! They are easier to manage than the clunky ones that most stores have. Parking is generous and it's nice being able to find a spot fairly quickly and getting on with your day. As a long time Whole Foods shopper, this chain has gotten even better over time. They are one step above the others and they keep making innovative changes.
